Had the best week at the hilton. Kingsley was a superstar. He accommodated all needs of the team. Give this guy a raise as one of the best person I've met in hospitality. Can't wait to come back!!

Great hotel. Great location, right next to the subway station and within walking distance of Tower Bridge. Staff very friendly and tried very hard. Arrived much earlier and were still checked in promptly without being asked for an extra charge. That's called customer service! Rooms were more than fine. Hotel had everything you need. Including a rooftop bar at the top with a great view, especially in the evening. Would definitely recommend the hotel and will definitely book it again next time I visit London.

We spent two nights in the hotel and the experience was lovely!!! The stuff is very friendly and helping, they even offer us cookies after seeing us with our afternoon tea that we bought in a nearby shop. It is placed right in front of Tower Bridge and it has the underground station in less than 500 meters. The room was clean and quiet, you also can choose if you?d like a view on the bridge. We had a very pleasant staying and we will choose it again for our next staying in London.

The service is impeccable. The concierges are adorable and really attentive. Checkin and checkout was super easy. Everyone took great care. Comfortable rooms. The location is great! 2 minutes from the metro station. And the rooftop is a must-try! I loved it and would come

Carpet on the 4th floor hallway needs replacing near the elevator. It smelled moldy. The bar on the 12th floor is a really nice vibe.Rooms: Very smallWalkability: Very close to some nice attractions

Unfortunately, not a good experience and not what you would expect from Hilton. Rooms have no coffee machine or mini bar, old carpet, small bath. Poor service overall, e.g. for lunch missing salad sauce and salt & pepper for the salat, they wanted to charge 3 Pounds for one printed out copy, lots of things which were not ok at the price we paid for a 4-day seminar.Food & drinks: ok, but only ok. Food was not sufficient always, although pre-ordered Gluten-free food was very poor and not enough, food was taken away before the official end of the lunch buffet

Had fantastic service from the staff in the Vertical Bar at the hotel. Nothing too much trouble and we enjoyed the food and wine. Convenient location and you don?t need to be staying at the hotel to use

The really only good thing about this hotel was its location near the subway, other than that it was the worst hotel experience I've had in quite some time.I booked a King Suite with a city view that I requested be handicap accessible though British Airways. They assured me that this request had been accepted by the hotel. I get to the hotel and we were not in the accessible room. We were moved to the accessible room, but it didn't have the sofa bed which was needed for my twins. We finally got confirmation a rollaway bed would be given after waiting almost 45 minutes during check in. I also gave my card for incidentals during check in, which they only charge 2gbp. Because check in took so long and me and my kids were tired, we were left with doing room service, which was overpriced and disgusting food. Save your money and look on Ubereats. So going back to giving my card for incidentals, I received a letter under my door stating they needed to charge my card for the room service the following morning. In all the hotels I've stayed at, this is done at check out not during the stay. I called down to the front desk that morning and the clerk I spoke with stated she fixed the issue on her end so everything was fine. It was quite frustrating upon our return to our room in the evening, the hotel starts ringing my room just as we get into the room stating that I needed to come downstairs to pay for the room service. I stated that I was told this was fixed this morning and that I wouldn't have to pay it until check out. The clerk spoke with the manager and stated I was given incorrect information and that I needed to come down to pay it now even though we were not checking out until the next day.Never have I stayed at a hotel where this was a practice because they didn't hold enough for the incidentals. The repeated disruptions and different information provided by the front desk clerks was unacceptable and unprofessional.I also booked the King Suite with a city view and it turned out to just be facing office buildings who could see into our room. So instead of getting the view I paid for, we had to keep our windows closed for privacy.Overall, we will not stay here again and I will try another Hilton hotel when staying in London.
