Avoid this hotel at all cost! Worst of the worst Hilton ever! Staffs (Front desk & Concierge) who has never been to training to learn how to treat their customers in a polite manner, talks like they owned the hotel. No umbrellas in room nor concierge for hotel guests available (in London, a city that rains almost everyday).With no queue at all, the front desk (Joseph) took more than 30 minutes to check me in; requested for a memory foam pillow; they said it will be sent in 30 mins; no response after that (multiple phone calls but nobody picked up; I went to front desk to ask and they told me: oh, nobody will pick up the phone from evening onwards ?????. Lastly, after 2 hours of waiting, I was told they don't have any ?????Not to mention the current renovation going on, loud drilling noice that starts from 8am to afternoon.The window won't be able to shut completely, you will be able to enjoy the noice and sirens in the middle of the night everytime a car passed by. The sound proof between rooms is as good as none. I can hear the conversations that took place in the next room very clearly.

Service was really bad from receptionist Joseph. He took our check in nearly 30 minutes and he requested capture £342 for two night. We?ve travelled a month with many big luggage we just want a room near elevator but he gave me a last room from the elevator. And we come down lobby said wanna change it another receptionist give me another room just next to elevator and did not request capture £342 to my credit card. I requested 3times for the firm pillow they promised us give me in an hour. 3 times also did not achieve.Although room and service was bad but hotel location very good just next to Victoria Station (Gatwick express, railway, underground, coach station). It was near to Buckingham palace too.I like this location hope they will improve their room and services.?????????? ???? ?????Rooms: Hotel rooms sound proof very bad people talking on the walkway I can hear people chatting out clearly. Second, the window sound proof very bad too I can hear clearly sound from railway tracks and car. Room was very small without amenities.

The location is fantastic!! And I must also say the interior design is stunning. The food at breakfast and dinner was also very nice but unfortunately that is where it stops. I would say the F&B manager really lets this hotel down by vast understaffing. We had dinner on Sunday night and the bar was full with other tables in the restaurant and there was 2 staff members between the bar, table service, cleaning plates, running food and room service. This led to everyone waiting ages to be served and then again to receive drinks etc?. for a hotel at this price this level of understaffing is really really disappointing. More so, the aircon was blasting cold air in the bar and we had to ask multiple times for this to be changed as everyone was freezing. Every hot drink we had was also Luke warmThe two lads were lovely but slow, and 10 minutes after ordering we were told the kitchen didn?t have what we ordered, on top of not having any snacks left, or earl grey tea, lots of little issues add up and leave bad taste.Reception were not friendly I must say and not overly helpful.Both gents we spoke to at the Concierge were fantastic and a credit to DT.Lastly, breakfast was interesting to say the least, as a Gold level Hilton Member I had breakfast included in my stay however this does not include the menu breakfast despite the eggs Benedict being £10 cheaper than the buffet breakfast. Every single DT I have stayed in always allow you to swap access to the buffet for a menu item but no.Further the F&B manager and the (I would guess assistant manager in light blue suit) were constantly walking about staring into space, and standing next to tables; made for a strange environment.Increasing staffing levels and some better staff training would really turn this hotel around.Although location and design credit the 3 stars.

Bad experience stayinh hereCame at 9 pm, 22nd Feb. They give me room 910 which is actualy nice and clean but air conditioning is not working. Complaint to the receptionist and need more than 45 minutes to move to another room. Since they said no maintenance person still available at that time.So they moved me to smaller room (room 815). But withouy any compensation or even appologize. Very bad service for hotel that brings hilton name.

Technology in the rooms is fantastic.Front desk staff were more than helpful with our questions and made the stay pleasant and problem freeRooms: Technology in the rooms was fantastic, 50inch smart TV on the wall. Great heating/ AC systemWalkability: Literally not even 10 seconds away from Victoria station. Prime location for people travelling via train/ tubeFood & drinks: Breakfast was good but they start removing everything 15 minutes before end of buffet service

It was fantastic stay!!! We arrived from the US way early in the morning and one of the gentleman which I regretfully didn?t get his name, helped find us a room to check in way ahead of check in time!! He was so gracious and helpful! The hotel rooms itself were clean as tidy! We felt safe throughout our stay. It is next to Victoria train station which makes traveling that much easier! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay with them again!Rooms: Clean and tidy rooms!Walkability: Right next to Victoria train station. You can take buses and the tube everywhereNoteworthy details: Great and helpful staff!

Had a freezing cold room despite turning the heating on all night it didn?t increase the temperature. Was woken by the idling train at 4am despite all windows being closed.Staff were really nice at breakfast and breakfast was lovely.
