I gave them a call someone answered I asked them if they had sardines because I like a sardine pizza they put me on hold for 10 minutes answered the phone asked what I I would like I asked if they do pickup they asked for my phone number and name I gave it to them and they hung up when I told them my name very disrespectful horrible customer service aswell

The food was delicious, the service was not kind, rather down-to-earth. There wasn't even a napkin laid out anywhere.

Good quality pizza, was piping hot just how I love it , fresh ingredients I used to love the previous spot opposite the road as there was charging ports & toilets tho but all in all , gr8 spot to hang out when hungry

I had ordered online and was scheduled to pick up my pizza at 5:15 PM. I arrived at the store five minutes early, but the staff didn?t even acknowledge my presence or greet me. I had to shout over the counter, ?Excuse me, I?m here to pick up my pizza.? After a few moments, they looked at the screen and started preparing my pizza. However, after ten minutes, there was still no sign of my order. I waited another five minutes before asking, ?Is my pizza ready?? The lady behind the counter informed me that the order was ready and just banged it on the counter. While I understand that I?m only there to pick up a pizza, it?s basic courtesy to say hello, thank you, and goodbye when interacting with the customer.

I didn't know that in Domino's I will find the plant based pizza. The manager Karishma suggest me the plant based pizza which was delicious. The pizza was well cooked and very tasty. I will definitely buy this pizza again!
Vegetarian options: Plant based pizza with mushrooms and onions.

I?ve always enjoyed Domino?s for its convenience and consistency, but my recent experience was disappointing, to say the least. The customer service I received was the worst I?ve ever encountered.
From the start, the staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. I had to wait far longer than expected, with no updates or apologies for the delay. When I tried to ask for an update on my order, I was met with curt responses, making me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer.
The pizza itself was fine, but the lack of basic courtesy and attentiveness from the team completely overshadowed the experience. Customer service is a huge part of why I choose where to spend my money, and after this visit, I?m not sure I?ll be back to this location anytime soon.
