I ordered some wood flooring from them on January 15th and had to cancel a week later. The customer service during purchase was good. Very helpful and answered all our questions. After trying to cancel I have experienced the literal worst return service. I have still not received a refund for my order. Every time I speak to them they give a new date for when the cancellation has been processed, pushing the date to receive a refund out by another week. Absolutely ridiculous. Every time i speak to customer service the new "refund process date" is the date i last got in contact with them. My latest refund processing date is now Feb 6th. I'm now having to go via my bank to force them to give me my refund. Will never recommend them to anyone.

We purchased flooring, scotia, and radiator rings on Saturday. They promised to deliver them on Wednesday so we arrange a fitter for Thursday. They didn't deliver the scotia on Wednesday. When I contacted with the customer service, they said they don't have it in stock and don't know when they will have it. How could they sell something which is not in stock? Super frustrating. Don't trust the promises that they make while selling the product. We glad that we have the flooring given that this is such an unreliable company.

I am very happy with my purchases thanks to Rag from DWF Catford shop, who was amazing: he understood on the spot my needs and was able to guide me patiently in choosing the best new flooring for my house, as I was unsure. The customer service is very helpful and the delivery was efficient and smooth. My new laminate flooring is superbe: thank you again Rag, I will definitively recommend the shop to my friends and come back myself!
