Very large Dior store with most of the latest collections from Dior in london.Waiting service is super fast; however the staff working especially on the upper floors need to be supervised as they seem to be busy on their phones. Service is not up to scratch compared to other boutiques.

I purchased pair of B22 Trainers for £980 from New Bond street. The stitching become loose within 9 months, I called customer service they advised over the phone to visit the store. We booked the appointment when arriving at the store they declined the exchange and said they must take pictures to make a claim that is sent to Paris. Now Paris have said it was not repairable but also will not exchange them. Better off putting your money in the dustbin you will get more value for your money!! Worst service I have ever received!!

We all know Dior is amazing... but sadly the people that work there are a bit rude.. I went in as a client and a fashion student. The rudness in the eyes were just unacceptable and unnecessary. Was it because we looked young therefore we can not afford? Or is it because the staff simply is too judgemental...Did not feel welcomed in this shop at all. Absolutely outrageous. Don't think this os what Dior would want to hear from the shop but here we are

I had a problem with my Dior Saddle messenger bag.I have had the bag just over 2 months and the handle came away due to the pin falling out holding it in. So went to the Bond Street boutique to see if there is anything they can do for me as this was a fault with my bag.Ira KIRVE dealt with me. I was told first of all it would have to be sent bag to Paris for them to decide what to do. So I explained I have only used the bag 5 times and there should not be a fault with it. So I asked to speak to the manager.The manager I have to say was lovely and very efficient from start to finish. My bag was replaced.While I was waiting I was offered a coffee and when it arrived was presented lovely on a tray with Dior china and chocolates on a plate. Simply a delight.My replacement bag was wrapped in a box with ribbon and placed inside a store bag.What a delight to shop here and definitely will be returning.The only downside was on my departure the store Security look me up and down like he was surprised I could afford to buy anything. But on that note FYI I?m the one walking out with a bag that cost me over £2,000 so yes I can afford to shop here. So I suggest don?t judge people. Maybe training is required.Ira KIRVE was a lovely S.A

I bought a scarpan, on a rainy day I was wearing the same one, it came off and the color faded, I went to a Dior store, the woman took a photo of the shoe and said she would send it to someone and that she would return with a response by email, I'm waiting for that response until today and nothing, we pay for the quality (which doesn't exist) I believe it is made in China and the product comes back they just put the logo, we only pay for the brand and not for the quality

Not good. Called to see if they could replace a watch strap for my wife's vintage watch. Was told I had to come into the store before they answer a very simple question so I traveled into new bond Street. They were happy to send the watch to Switzerland for a new battery (god knows what they would have charged fot that) but i said no point unless i can get a replacement strap. Chased customer services after a week and got a whats app saying they were still checking with Switzerland and I haven't heard anything since. That was a few months ago now. I get it if they couldn't replace the strap, but it takes a minute to update the customer.

Worst experience I have ever had in my entire life in matters regarding shopping on 18th Aug. 2023 afternoon.I specifically want to refer to the Asian lady at the door with rude and arrogant attitude as an employee working for this store. I can never recommend this store to anyone. Horrible customer service due to the Asian lady that I met right this afternoon and I realised I?m better off with Hermes or Chanel right close to them or other designers.Save your time and money you?re better off with their other stores or go to others that value customers .

They said they will accept my exchange from outlet by cell phone, when i arrived at the boutique i wait forever outside then when i go inside they declined by exchange request. I am not upset about them not fulfilling my request, i am upset about the inconvenience.. Terrible service. This location gives misleading information and does not treat its customers right. I recommend you shop at selfridges for better customer satisfaction.

The mochi while waiting were a beautiful touch but the service inside was the worst out of all the luxury brands we visited on Saturday.
