Absolutely terrible. The closing times specified aren?t accurate either, attempted to pick up my package after commuting from the city 3 days in a row & they were closed over half and he earlier than specified. No way to communicate with them either as the number doesn?t work either.Generally very poorly run

The guy didn?t check ID or packing number and gave my parcel to someone else? luckily the nice person returned it and I was able to collect it, but the guy clearly doesn?t care.

The staff was really rude and unprofessional. I regret using them. Their customer service is appalling. I sent a parcel through them to Nigeria and the parcel was returned the next day. I called them to find out why my parcel was returned.. Only for the call handler to address me as *you people*. Very uncouth human being behind the phone! Poor service and still no explanation as to why my parcel was returned by DHL!! Why be an agent for DHL if they cannot support customers to resolve their issues with DHL delivery? ?

I went there after reading all these good reviews but really i would give 0 star if I could .this place is awful and the staff is rude. Basically they have western union and DHL and ups service in their shop. First i been there to send some money back home and they said its not working then I visit their for drop off and they said they don't have labels so Basically they can't do anything so avoid this place if you don't want to disappoint yourself .
