Very disappointed, had keys cut twice, one of which was to replace the first set cut as the first set cut only opened the door from the inside and locked from outside yet didn't open fron the outside. Yet original keys they was cut from work fine but needed second set for lodger. The second set cut didn't work at all. Can not recommend this shop.

Entered the shop for a request on adding a new sole after I got my shoes out he started to nod no even without any question. The shop keeper was unhelpful and frankly rude. I wouldn't recommend.

Popped into the shop to get a price list and quote for re heel and re sole on a pair of boots. The man behind the counter was firstly very unfriendly and very unhelpful. He said without looking at the boots he can?t quote so I asked him roughly how much.... he still wouldn?t give me a rough idea. Obviously he doesn?t need the business which is a shame as supporting local businesses is better for the community. I do not recommend going there and really hope the man I spoke to isn?t the owner!
