AWFUL! A simple haircut request butchered by incompetence and inability to execute any styling techniques. COMPLETELY uneven cut on either side, I may as well have taken hedge trimmers to it myself. I will need to pay for a new cut to fix, or otherwise shave off as I can?t go out in public like this. If the hairdresser had listened to a word I had said we may not be in this situation. Would NOT recommend.

PRIMARK TOTTENHAM COURT ROAD ARE THE BEEESSST!! ESPECIALLY JOTIPlease go to Primark they have an amazing saloon. And I have never seen one unhappy customer. 5star quality service.She corrected DEFINE. salon errors for me and my friends.Never go to DEFINE, please this is not a bogus review.I promise you this place that was once called dimples is now called define. They can change their business name but unfortunately you cannot shake off a bad reputation.The owner is still Dimple, in 2008 Dimples staff were passionate about beauty today 2023 the owner might as well sell the business and move on!!! I say this with a heavy heart as I was once a loyal customer. firstly the hair dressers and nail tec and eye brow girl cannot speak or understand english.This saloon has staff who cannot effectively communicate with customers. So the receiptionist translates.Also the girls working hear and not qualified to a standard, they are trainees or ladies that have come from East London or tooting branches. Which means there is no consistency there's no reliable members of staff.In the last year I have witnessed upset customers. I love next to the salon and almost everyday someone comes out of there upset or annoyed.My own experience recently was horrendous,I have had a bad experience more than once with my eyebrows in this salon however I got a apologievand was told to cover it up with pencil, the Turkish lady did my eyebrows two different sizes. Then she put tint on one eyebrow to conceal the mistake. I could not believe what she had done to my eyebrows.I learned a valuable lesson! And promised myself I will never go back for a clean up or reshape!! Never!!

Dimple is the owner of this terrible establishment and judging by the previous reviews I am right to leave a bad review against the owner not the staff because they have been exploited to the max by her. There is no point changing the name to Define if the service and the lack of experience of the new staff has not improved. I was a loyal customer since 2017 but a run in with Dimple when I disputed a payment I made left me angry. She has zero customer service skills and she is downright rude. The older previous staff were lovely but she drove them out with her bad attitude. Don't come here because your hair,brows nails will be ruined! No stars!!!!Service: Waxing

Bad bad bad eyebrows yesterday?just noticed today once the tint went away ?Very messy, my eyes were properly itching after the tint. Normally it is ok but yesterday, that lady should not be doing eyebrows. No no! Can?t wait for them to grow back to do them properly but for now he we go?

So bad please for your own sake don?t go!! I had my eye lashes curled and they ruined them, lots fell out! This lady next to me was having her brows done and they messed them up and she was also not happy. They were very rude and acted really strange, charged more than it said on the website and I was scammed. My eyes felt like they were going to fall out!!

Indian head massage was painful, not sure the member of staff was actually trained? Don?t waste your cashAlso had a haircut, one side is longer than the other, will be going elsewhere to get that fixed. I got charged an extra £10 too, for no reason at all.Avoid

Very confusing as I booked a massage at Dimple Amani and the place is called Define. Wasn?t sure I arrived at the right location. The massage was ?okay.The owner is trying way too hard to make you buy her oils,candles (highly overpriced).. expensive massage packages. Guaranteeing slimming effects suggesting ?I need it?.Doesn?t know when to stop and therefore creates uncomfortable atmosphere overall.Wouldn?t recommend.

Sadly the management has changed this placement it's never busy like it used to be. There has been so many stagg changes. Went in to get my eye brows threaded and it was I was not happy. I pointed out what was wrong and she did offer to do more but I didn't trust her to make it right. Atmosphere is non existent in here and the girl that was in there seemed sad and like she didn't want to be there. It's actually sad to businesses like start to dwindleService: Hair threading

Unfortunately didn?t have a great experience. Have been a couple of times for eyebrow waxing and the beautician was very friendly and I was very pleased with the results. The last time I went however I booked and pre paid via Treatwell, but at the end of the appointment they told me I owed more and had to pay another £5. I never asked or was informed about extra services on top of what I had booked, and I just received an ordinary eyebrow waxing nothing special. It seems like they just saw an opportunity to charge more. Very unfortunate as I was happy with the service and venue but I feel uncomfortable returning.

Awful. Got a cheap offer on Treatwell for a local shellac but very poor. Staff 15 mins late, bad manicure - got covered in red dye from cheap foils when removing shellac, freezing cold salon and water bath for hands. Had 2 technicians, both friendly but didn?t know what they were doing. Nail polishes are all very old and need to be kept out of the sunlight. the women totally butchered my eyebrows. Came in for a 30 minute Indian head massage. It was painful, rough and a lot of hair pulling giving me a headache. Strange as the woman started off by saying people complained to the management and not her that they couldnt relax. Now I see why. I definitely will not be returning for another Indian Head massage there
