Staff was very friendly and professional. The optician explained the results of the eye test and provided valuable advice.Also their machines for the eye test are state of the art. I would recommend using their services.

one sentence - terrible customer service!went to the shop straight after work, addmittedly a little late as it was about 5.50pm, to look at and potentially purchase some new frames. Before entering the store i have politely asked if they are still open. The Advisor said yes, but not for long. I do accept the fact that people want to finish work but being rudely told at 06:01pm "we are closed now" is not a great practice. seems like they don't want a sale, so maybe don't waste your time and money at this store.

Clear concise information with details that meant I benefited from using the insurance offered so can get replacement glasses which will still cost but at a fraction of the original price, so taking the insurance certainly paid off for me.

Equipment was state of the art. My ophthalmologist was very thorough and informative and the sales assistant did an excellent job for me helping me to identify the right new frames and lens choice. Very happy!

I am really glad I came across this brand best ever day. The company stocks several eye catching things so how do u know what's right. I ended up making a decision to go ahead with a purchase. All I can say best decision and went in and out with my choices. I reckon I'm gonna be looking smarter with my purchases or casual when I'm not on the desk. Thank you all everyone's great there to staff and the whole shop was also a nice place to buy.

I made an appointment for an eye examination as my discomfort with my current glasses was increasing. Although there are several options in Ealing, I chose to make a reservation at David Cluow, a more upscale establishment, rather than the commonly known chain, Optician. I paid £45 for the eye exam and initially found the staff to be quite friendly. After finishing the eye exam and being asked whether I wanted to get new glasses, I mentioned that I planned to visit other optical stores for price comparison. At that point, the staff's attitude changed dramatically. Despite not receiving the eye exam for free and considering it only natural to compare prices and make an informed purchase as a customer, the way they treated me shifted 180 degrees, to the point where it could be considered somewhat rude. Waiting for the eye exam results felt uncomfortable, akin to sitting on thorns. Perhaps it would be more worthwhile to utilize companies like Costco or SpecSavers, where such treatment would not be encountered.

Great customer service and experience at this branch! The staff were very attentive and helpful in guiding me around the store. Hannah has been very helpful with picking out frames that suit me and really listened to what I was after which helped with informing the recommendations she made. Flavia was my optician and made the eye examination a comfortable experience and filled me with confidence and ease when recommending a change of prescription. I am very happy with my two pairs of glasses and would highly recommend this branch when looking for high quality specs, luxury frames and excellent customer service

Kiran the optometrist is friendly, professional and thorough in her questioning and examination. On analysing my results she recommended and made the referral as I waited for me to have a cataract examination via NHS. I really appreciated that Kiran did not just try to sell me new glasses and I will return when I do need them as I feel I can trust her advice. The handling of my enquiry to make an appointment and the admin is also provided in a friendly and courteous manner. You feel valued as a customer.
