Very disappointed with the sales team's service. Not only unprofessional but also rude. Don't think a place of the high standard that the company claims to be should hire young girls who are clueless about how to fulfil their job. Unless Clulow is a typo and should have said Clueless. Waiting 10 days for the lenses to be made, which was fine, but disappointed that when I tried them on I almost fell as the lens was causing optical illusions. Definitely will never recommend anyone to go there, waste of money and as a bonus have a rude teenager lie to you about how good and high standard the lenses will be if you pay extra to have the so-called special lens made for you.

Excellent professional eye test both in terms of eye health as well as vision test. Optician professionally answered all my questions relating to eye health and longer-term sight implications. Comfortable atmosphere. All the staff were helpful, technical clinician was able to correct how my glasses sit on my face. Also had the Ray Ban sunglasses adjusted to sit properly on my face.

I got attended by Katio, he was great and attended me extremely well. I urgently needed a change of my lenses from one pair of glasses to another. He kindly did it in less than 5 minutes! Truly thankful!

I had an amazing experience at David Clulow Opticians, all thanks to Kato! I lost a crucial screw for my Cartier sunglasses, and even Cartier couldn't help me. Kato went above and beyond, found the exact screw I needed, and saved my glasses. Their eyewear collection is top-notch, and their customer service is the best in London. Highly recommended!

Had eye exam and contact lens check, which was very thorough and highly professional. Also, great advice on frames and sizing afterwards. King's Rd branch looks much better following refurb!

Don't go there. Seriously fed up, I'm on a contact lens subscription and haven't received any new ones since my last batch in December (blamed on Acuvue's supply chain), and they've taken £54 per month (why didn't someone stop this?) and they're unable to send lenses to me...the Kings Road store shut unannounced, and despite having had to go and pick up some lenses in March and April (which was highly inconvenient, and I only realised at the last minute that I'd run out, as normally they're just sent. I've also now used up my surplus which I'd grown during Covid) to tie me over, and them promising that they'd send me some for this month, they failed again.They then promised some trial ones that they'd send by Thursday this week - they failed and were delivered today (Friday) to my office (hilariously signed by someone with my name - obviously impossible - and left at reception, when there isn't one. UPS strikes again) and I'm working from home.I've been wearing one day ones for several days now (really hygienic)...I've just ordered from Vision Express as I think it's the only solution now (but with the bank hol w/e, I won't get them for 3 working days).I quit, I can't do this anymore and apparently they can't give me a rebate until Kings Road opens back up again in July!!! The Kensington store manager has been left at sea managing both stores with no handover from the Kings Road team (and nobody accountable from that store as they've been soaked into resourcing across all other stores), and due to this no anticipation for what clients are expecting to receive, and the store has no empowerment to do Kings Rd refunds. And worse still, there is no one to escalate the matter too. Truly fed up - I've been with DC since 2005, what a sorry end to almost a 20 year relationship. I've also spent £528 on glasses this year, and £220.50 on sunglasses. You'd think I'd be look after better.

Visit was impeccable. Optician was careful, knowledgeable. Rest of the staff was polite and welcoming. All was cleaned and handled with care. Really recommended.

I had a terrible experience here when going to get contact lenses. As someone who has a fear of touching their eyes, I was made to feel useless when I couldn't get the lenses in and out my eyes in a 30 minute teach, I was also told I was the worst person they had seen attempt to put them in/out in their time working there and that they thought it was unlikely I would ever be able to wear them.I'd like to point out I have now mastered contact lenses by going to another optician who took the time properly look at my eyes, measure them (something else that David Clulow didn't do), get me the right lenses and gave me a couple of teaches. The customer service at David Clulow was really disappointing and could have meant I'd have given up, luckily that is not in my nature. But I will definitely never return and I don't recommend for anyone looking to get contact lenses.

The store manager Katio is always excellent and knowledgeable - with his guide to all the designer frames ( there are many) I found the perfect glasses and choice of lenses for my prescription .

I have been getting my glasses and sunglasses from the Kings Rd branch for almost 10 years. The branch Manager, Katia, is always wonderfully helpful and has provided the perfect service.Whenever I have had any sort of issue with a new pair of glasses or needed my glasses adjusted, he has graciously helped and offered an instant solution. The emphasis on customer care is fantastic. Thank you.

The optometrist I saw today was great, very thorough and professional yet personable at the same time. She explained the purpose of each of the tests I had to take and made sure I was comfortable for each one.Customer service on the sales floor was excellent as well. The gentleman who helped us, Zee, worked to really understand what I wanted/disliked while also providing his knowledge and expertise to ensure I choose the frames to best suit my needs, and worked to ensure I benefited from the best value possible.Of course the products do what I need them to do, but the customer service is why I keep coming back to David Clulow. I?ve been wearing specs for 35 years now so have seen a lot of opticians and David Clulow is one of my favourites.

Came on Monday.Booked appointment for Sunday.Come on Sunday.They tell me system is down and that my appointment is cancelled/hasn?t gone through.Man offers no apology for wasting my time.EXTREMELY unprofessional.I know it?s a stereotype to start a review with ?I don?t normally write reviews? but I don?t and this is the only one I?m going to write.Ah yes, we all have unlimited days off so we can all just reschedule for another day. I am at NO fault whilst they?re blaming their system when I booked an appointment IN STORE.

Went there to check prices so i could compare. David Clulow was way more expensive compared with another place in Fulham(5mins drive) for the same pair of glasses.
