Cannot express how happy I am with Daniel's work! He crafted my partner's engagement ring and both of our wedding bands. He is comfortable across varying styles and has the easy skill of a very experienced craftsman. Honest pricing and the rings were made ahead of schedule. Highly recommend working with Daniel!

My recent encounter with Daniel was very negative. I approached him for help because the company with whom I was building my engagement ring ceased trading and were unable to fulfil my order. I presented the CAD design and requested a quotation. Daniel initially accepted the assignment, and asked me to drop the stones off to him in a fortnight. However, on arrival, he diverged significantly from the initially agreed upon CAD design and sketched out what he considered a more befitting design, ignoring my wishes completely. Despite my insistence on adhering to the original specifics, Daniel expressed reluctance, citing ?I don?t usually take this type of job with a clients stones? and ?I don?t do claw prongs on rings anymore because clients have been returning to me after a few months complaining about their stones loosening and rattling in the setting? which has caused him to apparently shift his design philosophy. After I expressed discontentment with him for not being forthright from the beginning, he reluctantly agreed to proceed, but not without a spontaneous increase of £100 beyond the initially agreed quote, and a refusal to provide a CAD drawing.I felt apprehensive about the reliability of his commitment, left the workshop with the stones in his possession but made a u-turn to collect my stones the following day because of lingering doubts. He never once apologised, on the contrary, he became incredibly rude when I decided not to proceed and kept reiterating that ?I?m a busy man so can you tell me when you?ll be collecting your stones? without the slightest blip of humility or shame. Contrary to my optimistic expectations after reading the positive reviews, Daniel's demeanour was marked by rudeness, arrogance, and a conspicuous lack of transparency. This experience stands as my most disappointing encounter with a jeweller to date and has left me with a distinctly bitter impression.

Would wholeheartedly recommend working with Daniel to design bespoke jewellery! My partner and I met with Daniel to design my engagement ring and Daniel made an extremely daunting activity so pleasant and enjoyable! We wanted to use some diamonds from my partners grandmas ring and Daniel was able to provide us with some great recommendations and designs and was not pushy at any point. He also sourced a beautiful diamond for the ring as well.The ring itself came out beautiful and I really couldn?t have asked for anything more special or perfect!Thank you so much Daniel - we?ll be back for our wedding rings :)

I would highly recommend this business! Daniel is very knowledgeable and caring which made the daunting task of choosing an engagement ring that little bit easier. It put my mind at ease knowing I was in safe hands. Daniel was very responsive to all my questions and queries which I found to be very reassuring. Will definitely be back for our wedding bands when the time comes.

I honestly can?t recommend Daniel enough! After lengthy research, I was lucky to stumble upon Daniel thanks to his great online presence and fantastic feedback. All you need to do is read through these reviews and you?ll quickly realise that his service and jewellery are top drawer. Like many, I shopped around a little in search of the perfect engagement ring and I visited a few jewellers as I embarked into this unfamiliar territory. I wasn?t blown away by any until I met Daniel. The quality of his diamonds were far and above what I saw elsewhere and his service and approach to designing your ring was simply brilliant. He presented a beautiful selection of diamonds according to my budget and he walked me through everything in such detail, helping me understand what makes a quality diamond and showing me the differences between each and their cost. Daniel was very patient throughout the process and at no stage did he apply any pressure to make a sale. I actually visited his workshop 3x times throughout the selection and design to make sure I was happy with my choices ? it?s an expensive purchase, so personally I wanted to be absolutely sure everything was perfect. In the end, I was gifted with the most perfect ring for my fiancé and we both absolutely love it! Even though the ring is obviously very much for her, I feel a great sense of pride looking at it knowing that I chose each diamond and helped design it. All in all, I really do highly recommend Daniel and if you?re thinking about visiting him ? do it!Thanks Daniel! We?ll be back for our bands :)

Daniel ensured the ring I requested was customised to my needs, made really helpful suggestions re material options, and was able to accommodate my tight time scales. Ordered and discussed everything completely remotely and he was available via message, phone call and video call. Really knows his stuff.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Daniel to design my engagement ring. He was knowledgeable, patient and transparent. It felt like a bit of a daunting task and I didn't know where to start but Daniel was full of ideas and had beautiful stones for me to choose from. The experience was 10/10 and the end was result is a one of a kind ring that I can't stop looking at! We will be going back to get our wedding bands from Daniel for sure.

Daniel helped design my ring from scratch. The level of communication was incredible because enjoyable to go and chat ring design and then see him bring it to life. We both love how it turned out and I wouldn?t have chosen another ring or jeweller. Many thanks Daniel!

After a lot of research, I was drawn to DG Bespoke Jewellery not only for the beauty of their designs but also their sustainability credentials. What can I say, I'm a bit of a hippy. Either way I am so glad that I found Daniel.Daniel is excellent. He is knowledgeable, generous with his time and a delight to deal with. He walked me through the process and helped me pick an exquisite salt and pepper diamond which was really unique and fit all of my requirements perfectly. I had a good idea of what I was after before I spoke with Daniel. He interpreted my requirements perfectly but also provided guidance on small tweaks and improvements to the design that I never would have considered but overall made a big difference.My partner adores the finished necklace and as you can see from the photo the finish is flawless.I will absolutely be back in touch with Daniel if and when I ever need another bespoke piece.

My wife wanted a ring and we decided we?d like to do the Hatton Garden experience. Found Daniel after researching independent jewellers in the area. I wasn?t really sure how the process would work but Daniel made it so easy. My wife told him what she wanted and he was able to deliver 100%. Lovely guy and great experience. Highly recommended.

Daniel made my engagement ring & I loved it so much that I told my fiancé we should get the wedding bands from him as well. We were not disappointed! Great experience from start to finish working with Daniel to design a beautiful bespoke engagement ring. Salt and pepper diamonds can be simply stunning and so unique, but great ones are very hard to find. Daniel sources beautiful stones that nobody else in London could come close to (trust me, I shopped around!). He?s a pleasure to work with and transparent throughout on pricing and gem sourcing. I have a very happy fiancée with a truly beautiful one-of-a-kind ring. I cannot recommend Daniel higher.
