The cake was old, super dry, tasted bad, and was all butter! Spending £67 on this cake is a huge waste. It was my son's first cake, and I was really disappointed because he couldn't even taste it because it was a rock. I absolutely do not recommend it.

A year ago my friend and I stumbled upon this bakery. We didn?t actually try any of the food we tried the lattes.
We loved the unique taste and vibes of this place.
Yesterday, I was out with the same friend, we went to a coffee shop and was disappointed at the taste, it made us remember C&S, we spent the next 20 minutes trying to figure out what the name was called and eventually found it. Had the same drinks we had last time and it was wonderful once again! Super lovely environment, yummy drinks! I?ll definitely visit more often.

Cutter & Squidge provided afternoon tea for our visiting American sports team. The communication, service and food was great, would highly recommend!

Ordered a wedding cake, showed up on time, the cake was so beautiful we almost didn't want to cut into it, but when we did it was unbelievably delicious.
They also communicated very well and check to make sure everything is correct on the order.

Too bloody sweet - abnormally sweet for that matter , and did I get sent a frozen cake the was thawed and ready to be shipped out ? Just awful and horrendous quality for what I paid for .had to bin it eventually.

I left to answer a videocall (after spending 16 pounds) re-enter a minute later to go to the toilet and the waitress stopped me and told me in front of everyone that toilets were only for customers. Awful.

I discovered this bakery online and decided to order a birthday cake. The delivery was on time and the cake was delivered in perfect condition, despite the weather being over 35 Celsius! Clearly the delivery staff do their job carefully and the packaging did an amazing job protecting the cake too. I ordered a raspberry ripple cake and it looked fabulous and tasted delicious. The flavours were carefully balanced and you could taste the freshness of the ingredients. Overall, this was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend this bakery for fresh and exquisite cakes.

They tried to cancel delivery of a wedding cake on the day with no explanation as to why. Took some phone calls to resolve and we did get a cake in the end (hence not being a 1 stat review), but it was a lot of added stress

Ordered with about 2 weeks notice to be delivered to Nottingham, I received a second confirmation a few days before and then again the day before! We had the passionfruit and pistachio and it was amazing! It was a very soft sponge and lots of flavour, not at all sickly. People compliment it and wanted to know where we'd got it. Really made the day special and it arrived extremely well packaged, not a scuff on the cake. Thank you for the great experience ?

I visited the London branch for an Aladdin afternoon tea many years ago, which tailored to my dietary needs. It was the BEST experience for an afternoon tea that I?ve ever done. The ambiance was amazing, it really felt like I was in Aladdin?s cave and the food was incredible too, I can?t recommend enough. Since then I have been unable to visit so I have purchased an afternoon tea home kit. Whilst I?m yet to eat it, I?ve had a dip of the vegan ?clotted cream? and it?s the best tasting one I?ve tried to date so I cannot wait to have it tomorrow. The customer service team have been amazing and reassured me with my questions, I honestly cannot recommend this company enough. The only downside for me is not having enough gluten free vegan stuff online, but I guess it saves my pennies and my waist line!
Definitely visit or purchase something online, they?re a great company.
