An awful service. I went yesterday to buy some items. The stuff that he was work there is zero customer service his name is mark and I was wondering how he get a shift supervisor position. It was awful experience. I will never buying anything from this branch again.

I bought a phone pad charger here stopping off on my way back to London. When I got home, I opened the package to discover it was missing the pad. I called the store who assured me I could get a return at any Curry?s store. However this has proved impossible, no one able to help. It would cost me more than the product to return to Eastbourne to get a replacement. Always check your purchases, customer service appalling.

I really appreciate the lack of communication and customer service that the store has, starting from ?system glitches? and untruthful ready to collect emails. I also appreciate the empty promises of providing updates and lack of communication afterwards. If you have an option to choose any other branch please do choose that instead to make your purchase

I paid for a laptop from Microsoft, and the seller, in a rush to make the sale, told me it would arrive within 3 days. I accepted, as the delivery date seemed reasonable, especially since I had a planned trip right after to sign a contract, and having a new laptop was essential my old one no longer works.
Unfortunately, the laptop still hasn?t arrived, even after more than 10 days. Because of this, I had to cancel both the trip and the contract signing. Today, I called to check if the laptop had arrived at the store for collection. The Customer Service team told me it had arrived and that I could collect it. I was so relieved and happy, as I had a lot of work to do. I rushed to the Barbican store, only to be told by staff there that the laptop had not arrived.
I can?t even begin to describe how upsetting this was. Not only have I lost money, but I?ve also lost my patience dealing with people who are either incompetent or eager to make a commission by lying to customers. Truly disappointing!

Dropped in at this location during a stopover in London on the 17th of May because I needed a power bank really quickly. Immediately when we walked in, a young associate greeted me and asked how she could help. I told her what I needed, and she led me directly to an item that fit the bill perfectly.
She also patiently helped me with my payment since my USA bank card was giving some difficulty. After all of that, she provided some helpful local information for the rest of my travels - and best of all, the power bank she sold me was already fully charged!
If you need some electronic wares and happen to be in the area, visit Curry?s, and be sure to ask for VALENTINA? then, if you?d be so kind, offer her some thanks from me once again when she provides you service in the same helpful way. I hope her supervisors will commend her in some way.
