They have a great selection of different options, and the customer service is unbeatable. I bought new glasses and had trouble getting them to fit quite right, so after multiple unsuccessful attempts at adjusting them the owner suggested that I should just pick a different pair to replace them for no extra charge. I would highly recommend anyone to go here.

I had an eye test and bought 2 pairs of glasses from Cult Vision at the beginning of the year and the service I received was super. They were very helpful in helping me choose the frames and lenses for what I needed, and very friendly too. The glasses I have are still holding up very well and they have a fantastic selection of styles and brands to choose from!

Great costumer service! I had the pleasure of meeting Panos, the optometrist, to an eye test and picking out a new pair of glasses. I felt in very good hands, Panos did a very detailed examination and the wide range of glasses was great. Would recommend Cult Vision at any time.

Level of professionalism of the owner is unparalleled, on top he is very knowledgeable and provides a great consultation. They are also flexible and changed my glasses when I realized they didn't really fit me, at no extra cost! Bear in mind they incurred the cost of the lenses without asking me to pay extra. Honestly great service and high quality specs I highly recommend.

The most thoughtful and thorough optician experience I have had so far. The time they took to help me choose a new frame was very appreciated. I felt as if I was getting honest opinions and advice as to which frames were best for me, and I ended up with a pair that I enjoy immensely. Panos took a moment to check my old prescription and run some vision tests and noticed that it should be tweaked to balance out my vision, and that change made all the difference in my new lenses. No more visual drag or dizziness! Thank you :). I also want to note that I live in New York and it was not a problem at all to have my new specs (with excellent high-quality ZEISS lenses) shipped to me. An all-around A+ experience. Many thanks!

Very highly recommend cult vison. Panos played a huge part in saving my vision. Panos sent me to morefields eye hospital which started off a journey of finding a brain tumour that was damaging my optic nerve. Thankfully for panos sending me to moreflields and the surgeons for removing the tumour very quickly, my vision was saved. The man is a legend and i cant thank panos enough.

I walked past this beautiful shop front a few times on my way to work and I am glad curiosity led me to pop in and have a chat. After trying on a few frames I was immediately convinced to book an eye test and take it from there.Panos and the team provided exceptional customer service (I had to rebook the appointment a few times) and the eye test was very thorough and helped me understand different health risks I may face due my family history. I bought two frames and have been really happy with them.I would say that overall it's incredible value for money, some may be put off by the price tags of the frames but they are of outstanding quality (especially compared to only slightly cheaper frames you get from other "designer" and "high street chain" opticians).As one of the other reviews mentioned, I can't imagine I'd go anywhere else for my eye test from now on!

Best customer service I've ever had! My old Vasuma glasses broke and the stockist I'd bought them from three years ago had closed down. I emailed Vasuma to ask if they could do anything to repair them, and they sent me brand new frames for free! They'd originally cost me £400 for frames + lenses, so a free replacement was incredible. Vasuma sent them to Cult Vision and Panos fitted my old lenses into them for free. Really lovely guy and a very cool shop that I'll defo go back to. Can't recommend enough!
