For me the best thing about visiting this small, independent optician is the advice and support. They remember you from the year before and they know they have to work for every customer so there?s a lot of excellent input about what sort of frame will suit your face, how it works with your colouring and so forth. Through no fault of their own the big companies can?t help but treat you as if you?re on a conveyor belt; I know my optician?s name, he and the staff know mine and that?s how I like my service. Recommended (as if you hadn?t guessed).

Superb, professional and helpful approach from all staff (from the appointment with the optometrist all the way to the pick up of my new specs) at this local optician shop. Great selection of specs frames for reasonable prices. My new frame with high quality, custom made lenses arrived within a week. I also ordered another pair for the promotional half price.Highly recommended local business!

Had a very concerning issue.My doctor, at least the reception would not could not give me an appointment for a couple of weeks. Which was a wee bit disconcerting considering the issue I had ( have).Made my wobbly way up to Crystal eye centre, who saw me quickly, wrote a letter and packed me off to A&E.Very quick and displayed real concern.Very impressed.I would add that a few months ago my wife visited Crystal Eye Centre.Not only was she impressed with their care and service, when she presented her notes to Moorfields, Moorfields themselves commented they were impressed with Crystal Eye Centre.One thing is for sure when my current issue is sorted I will be going back for further 'treatment' and new glasses, secure in the knowledge I will be dealt with professionally.

I had visit Crystal Eye Clinic for the first time and I was completely impressed with profesionalism optometrist and customer service.Optometrist made few tests for me and explained everything to me in a very clear manner.Later Mrs Lucy immediately made me feel very comfortable to providing with advice and care of it.She was kind,friendly with a nice smile and very helpful.I am very happy to found a crystal Eye Clinic which care of patients with warmness,kindness and respect and that I feel I can trust and connect with them.Really great customer Service,highly recommend.Thank you.Danuta K.

After years of going to Boots Opticians, I followed the advice and friends and made an appointment at Crystal Eye Centre. In terms of service, advice, and all round professionalism, they are in a different league. The optometrist was incredibly thorough and after the appointment I had a clear idea of the health of my eyesight. The choice of frames was great and the lovely Welsh lady who advised me could not have been more helpful but there was no hard sell. A special shout out to the dispenser who not only ensured that my new frame fitted perfectly, he also adjusted my old pair. A five star service!

I have a high prescription and have been struggling with poorly made glasses from high street chains, so this time I decided to look up essilor supplier and go for the full package.So I walked into Crystal Eye Centre and handed over my prescription (that was from another optician but they accepted it) and chatted to Keith who listened to my requirements and walked me through the prices of the various types of lenses. He then spent some time helping me find the perfect frame, giving advice on both how the lenses would fit on the frame and how the frame would fit on my face (not aesthetically, in terms of the physical fit). Once I picked up my frame, he clipped a little device on it and brought me in front of a machine that took some measurements to make sure my lenses were mounted just perfectly! This is such a lifesaver for somebody with high prescription and it was also extremely cool.Glasses were ready within two weeks and I they feel and look great!Will need to get used to the blue filter, it makes for some pretty weird reflections, but hopefully it'll help with screen fatigue.
