Shahin has been super helpful in our stay with Crowne Plaza. She is extremely warm, nice and provided all possible help to us. It is a pleasure interacting with her and we would highly recommend this place.Walkability: Very close to Hanger lane underground

Nice rooms good place for meetings and hosting meetings. Amazing staff especially service for the food breakfast and meals, friendly attentive and so helpful. Great selections of breakfast buffet also and parking , may need to check how you enter when Co.ing off roundabout to enter maybe a bit tricky but go slow and take first left , there is a second but if u miss it then..... but Nice venue n stations is close by

Quiet place, rooms clean and well-equipped. Everything is in place. Close to the Central metro line, 20-30 minutes to the center. English-style breakfasts.

Very tired and not up to a Crowne Plaza standard but staff are amazing and lovely. They deserve some investment in the hotel. Needs a refurb.Rooms: Clean but very tired. Need refurb.

The hotel room is ok but the customer service is bad, especially the manager here, Valentine whose customer service is not professional.My customers have 6 rooms for 1 week and the meeting room as well and I just parked my car in front of the hotel and I asked the reception can I park there he told me yes you can for the first 2 hours so I did as he told me then I after 2 weeks I got a ticket so I call to reception to cancel for me they told me the manager she is not there so we will let you know when she backs I say ok I wait for 2 days and no one call so I call back again they told me same thing almost a week I have chance to talk to the manager (Valentine) and she was disrespectful and unprofessional. I don't recommend this hotel .

So, unfortunately the location isn't really nice :), but the hotel is still highly recommended thanks to the extremely friendly staff!Above all, the nicest person EVER is SUJATA, the receptionist!!!! 10000000 stars for her. She gave me tips and tricks for my 13 year old daughter and me. That was very heartwarming - thank you for that, dear SUJATA! Please take good care of your wonderful staff! You really don't find someone like that every day!Breakfast was great and so was our room!Thank you dear SUJATA! We stayed at this hotel during Christmas time, location was perfect for us as it?s super close to the train station. Food was ok, they also have halal option. Staff is very helpful specially Sujata at the front desk. Over all had a great experience here.

Booked hotel for a foreign employee. Refused payment upfront then hassled our colleague for payment part way through their booked stay, then couldnt make up their mind over what we owed them. Staff would not explain themselves, just kept repeating that we owe them. Room wasnt cleaned for half of the nights stayed, promised free breakfast in return then charged us for everything. Gym was under maintenance for most of the stay. Would only recomend staying here if you want to pay for services that you dont recieve. Now staying at the fox and goose instead

Amazing hotel, great hospitality and welcome from Josh and Aryan. The check in experience was great and a free upgrade for breakfast. Would highly recommend.
