This is not only the worst Laundromat I have ever been to but also the worst business I have ever actually engaged with period.The first time I went I put my things in the dryer and set a timer so I could wait outside and be sure to come back before they were finished. A few minutes before my timer was due to go off I came back in I saw the machine stop early. This was unusual but not really all too bad.The second time I went I did the same and waited outside. As with the first time I came back before my clothes were to due to finish. When I came in I saw the attendant had removed my clothes, folded them, and put them in a basket. They explained that they paid more to dry my clothes and requested I pay them an extra pound. To be clear this exchange did not come across as friendly so much as it seemed they were almost extorting me for the money- like they would lash out if I refused to pay them. So I paid them the pound if only to get out of that situation with the least resistance.While the pound is inconsequential, my clothes were still damp, and so they obviously did not pay more. Depending on what level of service you are looking for you might not mind the fact that they might handle your clothes without asking but for me it is absolutely unacceptable and a betrayal of my trust as a customer. It is a self service laundromat and I do not want strangers going through my clothes regardless if they think they are being nice or doing me a favor or not.I will never go here again and encourage anyone looking for a decent laundromat to go to the wash n' dry by Brockley Grove.

Went in at 4:00 pm yesterday 9/10/22 and the little old lady said she is closing now for the water to shut off anytime from the washing machine now.What hurt I was driving all over to get a parking space to park my car.

My machine is on the blink so had to go to the laundry.I found the laundry to be very clean, bright and smells fresh.The lady working there (I went on Thursday) is friendly, professional, polite and was very welcoming with myself and all other customers who came in when I was there.Would I recommend this laundry? Absolutely YES!There is parking outside and across the road from the laundry. The same with the bus stop which is also about 15 steps from the laundry and also across the road pending which direction you are travelling from.

The older ladies are helpful and friendly but the laundrette always closes earlier than the stated opening times, by at least 1-2 hours! One particular member of staff is abrupt and unhelpful!

Terrible service! Incredibly rude staff! Closing time on the door and google says 6pm on Saturdays - got there at 4.55pm and was told they're closing at 5pm without any explanation or notice on the door. Lady that works there just really rude and unhelpful, treats you like you're an idiot for not knowing their made-up opening hours. They seem to close whenever they feel like it.

Terrible, awful service!The opening times are until 8pm, in few different occasions they closed the door claiming they're closing time was at 6pm and they needed to change the one displayed on the door.Went there at 5pm for a quick 30minutes dry service and they locked the door and closed everything.The lady was incredibly rude and I don't think she even know what customer service means.A suggestion: if you don't wanna have a job, simply don't have a job.1 star is still too much.

Rude manager who came in and gave the place a bad atmosphere shouting loud enough for me to hear over Headphones music . Previous colleague helpful, didnt say a thing about food or drink in our bag, wpuldnt have been a problem either we could have sat in the park for a while of ahe had said anything. The manager comes in starts getting arss about it i leave to put the bag in the bin, no customer service skills atall even came out to mention after i stated the time on the door to a customer for closing that it also states they use 90 minutes before closing. So its not open for use a full 90 minute's before it states it closed "to clean" so they really need to change the sign on the door
