Very bad experience with The worker Jean. She was faking politeness and smiles. It ended up that they opened my post even asking to keep it for me. Important mail was lost. Never trust this charity or better this worker. Very disappointed.

They supported me from opening to closing times. 8 hours and did not leave my side, Went over and above to make sure i would not be on the street. I am so greatful beyond words to the wonderful people who are so kind and empathetic.

Crisis initially is such a phenomenal place, their abilities to help and support individuals as well as assisting for those that are in a place of genuine need and helps out of homelessness. Absolutely friendly dealing with with those on a one to one basis if necessary. They have wonderful experience of art classes that can expand the minds of that individual that needs a place for creative ability .that arrives within the realms of agility, compassion.
