I use this pharmacy but I have received some products that were out of date (the prescription label on the box clearly stated the date of issue, and the expiry date of the product was before that). This has happened on more than one occasion, and I have kept the evidence because if this continue to happen I will be able to back up my claim and make a legitimate complaint.

Disgusting service, electronic prescription prescribed for my wife, so me and my wife went to collect it but only given one medication out of 2. So we purchased 1 for now paid extra 50p for debit card payment. We went back to the doctors round the corner they confirmed 2 medication was precibed and called the pharmacy to confirm and they said yes they have the other and to come and collect it. So we went back there waited another 10min for it to be ready. When it was finally ready the Bengali lady on the till wanted to charge us further 50p so we said it's a fault with the pharmacy why I'm having to make 2 transactions. So we said can you refund previous amount and we will pay for both of the items and pay the 50p charge just for one transaction. The Bengali lady started being abusive in Bengali swearing so other colleagues don't understand and customers don't understand. So arguments broke out and this lady just kept on going even after we stopped just provoking us. Im bengali so i understood every word she was saying. These people are cons bloody thiefs trying to charge us double when it's not our fault. These type of people should be serving customers when they have no knowledge of customer service and just rolled out of the gutter and landed a job and trying to rip people of. 50p is not a lot of money but it's about principals, which clearly they don't have. BE AWARE AND STAY AWAY NASTY PEOPLE NEVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THAT BY ANY ONE BEFORE NO RESPECT FOR PEOPLE. If I could I will score them 0 stars but I can not as minimum is 1 star.
