The service at Costa Coffee was disappointingly sluggish, significantly impacting the overall experience. Despite specifying otherwise, my black americano arrived with added sugar, a misstep that detracted from the enjoyment of my beverage. Additionally, my visit was marred by an unsettling encounter with a homeless individual loitering outside, who subjected me to unwelcome harassment and threats. These incidents collectively marred what could have been an otherwise pleasant coffee shop visit.

Arm chairs looked disgustingly dirty. The arms of these chairs looked filthy. Would not want to sit on these chairs. Sofas faux leather, could do with being replaced as torn in places. Whole place needs decorating as dark and depressing. Might go back just to take photos and add them here!

Small establishment. Poor selection of food and drink compared to that advertised on the Ordering page.Cardboard Christmas tree but no mince pies to match.Dietary restrictions: Even fewer Gluten free products than usual for a Costa! Seemed unaware of GF mince pies/tarts.Parking: Local on-street parking is £6.60 per hour.
