As a loyal customer of Costa Coffee ? Shelton Street, I start my mornings here every day, and I can confidently say that this place excels in quality, atmosphere, and exceptional service.
One of the main reasons I return daily is their perfectly crafted coconut cortado ? the ideal balance between the rich intensity of espresso and the smooth creaminess of coconut milk. It?s my go-to coffee that gives me energy and a great start to the day, and at Costa Coffee ? Shelton Street, every cup is prepared to the highest standards.
The experience is further enhanced by an outstanding team, always welcoming, friendly, and attentive to every detail. I want to particularly highlight Zine and Ames, who, through their professionalism and warm attitude, make each visit a truly pleasant experience. Their kindness and genuine smiles create a welcoming environment that adds tremendous value to this location.

Asked to use the toilet. We were adviced that the toilets are only for customers and we found this explanation very reasonable. Bought drinks and only then we were told that the toilets were not in operation.

Hidden away from main streets, it's a little less busy. Right opposite urban parking. If you have a long drive probably 1st place to stop sit , relax and have a drink.

I enjoyed my experience today, Zine and Roni took care of me .The hot chocolate was good quality too. They were very friendly and catered me well. It?s very cosy and quiet here too.

Had a hot chocolate with my sister last week. Nicest Costa I have been in for ages and the staff were lovely especially Zaine who was charming. Great hot chocolate too!

Stopped in here on a rainy Saturday afternoon, and pleasantly surprised that it wasn?t too busy, managed to get a table for three quite easily.
Coffee and food was usual Costa standard, lower rating was for the toilet facilities, they were really unusable, and even though they had controlled entry, code on your receipt, they had urine over the floor, seat and used toilet paper on the floor.

The best latte in my trip! Most Costas and Neros have only little foam but here I got enough and of good quality. On 12. of September at 1pm the service was fast and the girl making the coffee skillful and polite. I will come back.
