I have been grabbing my coffee from here almost everyday. The staff are always warm and welcoming a special shoutout to Taniya and Alina, both are fantastic. They always greet me with a smile and somehow remember exactly how I like my coffee, which adds such a personal touch. The coffee is consistently excellent.

Good for a quick pit stop when wandering around the city. Friendly staff and good service. Nice cappuccino and toastie kept me going. Toilet is clean too.

Small, ok for bad wheather. No aircon,
sitting outside limited and in front of a busy road...The Staff has no problem to smoke right beside your table where you eat outside, not very polite when asked to move...

Attention to detail , comfy seating and great customer service. Staff are always courteous and patient- not an easy task when you are in one of the most busy locations in London.

Coming here every morning before work makes my day! Aline and the team are so friendly, she makes sure to somehow remember my order already and is just a kind face to see on my way to work. Coffee is always great, place is clean, and the service is always prompt. Best Costa I've been to!

Came in here to grab a drink and croissant before Tower of London. Neringa overly explained to us how to save money by getting coffee or tea over the juices that we selected. I told her it was ok we wanted juice. Then we asked if they could take cash. She said they could. The total was 10.15. We gave her $15. She then said she didn't have change. She didn't have 4.85? Confusing. I said "really you have no change? We have all this money that no one takes anywhere. "She literally raised her voice and barked at me "we don't have change!" Honestly.... I stopped and looked her in the eyes bc it was so unnecessary on her part. She told us she took cash. I guess she meant exact change. I went into my change and pulled out a 1 pound coin. She huffed and quickly told me it was old. I laughed because yes it was from my last trip and I guess that it was old!?? We gave up and paid with card. So incredibly rude. Killing herself to "save us money" but then raising her voice at me

Really disappointing service by a male member of staff working at lunchtime throughout the week, no politeness or any sense of patience. his colleagues, people after ordering there drinks look visibly upset over the rude way he comes across.
