Let me share a little bit about what happened to me today and how this particular branch is incredibly nice , providing outstanding service. I was drinking my frappe at the high table, and somehow managed to break my cup ! My beverage was litterally spread everywhere : from the table to my dress to my coat to my hands and of course onto the floor! So embarrassing to be that clumsy. The staff though was incredible they told me not to worry and they immeditely cleaned everything up for me . They even helped me clean myself up! I can?t imagine any other brand going above and beyond to help the customer this way. They Kept saying don?t worry. I am incredibly thankful for the kindness and help trying to clean everything up, including myself! I love these guys ????

The shop is so small that all 4 of us could barely fit in. The woman behind the till was stressful and didn't seem to understand the order and I ended up without my cinemon bun. Other than that the food and drink are obviously what you expect for costa

The latte I had today was very good and sold in a nice environment. The baked goods looked good but my willpower held and I never tried any.

Stopped to grab a sandwich to go, 3 members of staff behind the counter, 2 of them chatting. Whilst I?m waiting I?m looking around and noticing how unclean everything is. There?s almost a layer of film of the grime that?s on everything. It?s needs a scrubbing brush on the surfaces. Sandwich also ends up being dry (don?t think that?s in store fault, that?s a supply chain/production kitchen issue). Next time i?ll walk past and go to Nero

I swing by here on a pretty regular basis and the coffee is consistently good. They always have a good selection of blends and and the baked goods, in particular the banana and nutella blondie are very good.

That lady supervisor was so rude to me when I?ve asked for the breakfast deals. She didn?t even answer to my hello ?. I?m going there every time I?m getting my train, that supervisor never smiled once. I?m not going there again.

What kind of coffee place opens at 8am? Starting work at 6.30am and like my colleagues we crave a good coffee in the morning, but waiting hours for the place to open is ridiculous. Please adjust your opening times to standard time with the rest of us please !

I enjoyed my visit at this place. They served me decent Double Espresso in the Afternoon in which I washed it down with their Aromatic Chamomile Tea. The experience was very pleasant.

Good store just inside the City Thameslink station at the Ludgate Hill entrance. Good quality and tasting coffee's. Staff are friendly and helpful. A fairly quick service outside of normal commuting times, otherwise can be a little busy.

On the 15th of July I went to Costa ( 16.30 ) the lady working there ( long brown hair) was not welcoming and looked very stern. I actually left the shop as customer experience is very important to me. I dont recommend!!!
