The worst customer service. The two staff members display a poor attitude and cleanliness is lacking. It was good three years ago, but now the standards have significantly fallen.

Spilt coffee over my shirt as they hadn't closed the lid properly. Refused access to their staff toilet to clean myself up even though it was their fault. Shameful service.

Friendly and helpful staff, especially Sunny. A small outlet between Strand and Covent Garden, mostly geared towards take away with paper cups only, but there are a few seats available.

I had a brilliant experience today in Costa Crediton.
The staff that were working today were so helpful. My toddler accidentally spilt my coffee all over the floor, and before I could even get up to ask for some assistance, a lovely lady called Paula came over with a mop bucket and instantly cleaned it up. I apologised and she reassured me that accidents happen. While she was busy cleaning, the guy behind the counter (name was Ryan) was busy making me a fresh coffee! They turned a bad day into a much better one and I am so so grateful for their kindness. Please, please give them the recognition they both deserve. Paula had travelled over an hour to be in this store today as she was telling me it?s not her usual store. Thank you both, your kindness has not gone un noticed and really made a huge difference to my day! Xxx
