The staff on duty at 2pm on 26th/Jul is amazing! He?s very helpful and friendly to each customer! And the atmosphere and environment is fantastic as well, ppl can really relax here.

Warm and friendly ambience in this branch.. Great staff very friendly and welcoming..also spacious. Plenty of seating..thoroughly recommended.

A favorite café in London if you want to have a quick coffee and eat a sandwich. The large Café Latte is particularly delicious, but so are the sandwiches!!

Normally I get great service at Costa, it is why I often chose to go here instead of other places however my service today (Sunday 3/03/24) was nothing short of abysmal. I ordered a tea to have in, what they first tried to give me was a half filled take away cup, when I reminded them that I wanted to have it in store they looked at me blankly while I had to repeat myself thrice.They finally went to remake the drink using the normal teapot that you get when you have a drink in only to half fill that aswell. On top of this they did not put the tea bag in, instead opting to just throw it on the tray. They then turned their back on me as they went to serve the next customer forcing me to have to ask them for milk that they slammed on the tray. All together a very unpleasant experience. I will defiantly not be coming to this costa again.
