This morning, I stopped by to get some coffee before work. It was very busy, I was queuing up and waiting to be called over. Just as it was my turn to be served, the barista from the second till called me so I walked over (I also had headphones on so I realised shortly after). As I was walking, a member of staff from the first till shouted at me hysterically for thinking I was pushing in. When I had qued up, waited for my turn and only went over because his colleague had called me over. I was so embarrassed as it was such a busy environment. I felt tearful. I tried to explain to him that his colleague had called me over but he insisted in yelling and being rude to me. I then went over to the second till, upset, to be served, who then the same person who screamed at me came over & told his colleague to not serve me? It turned out to be he was the manager of the branch. I was only trying to get my coffee before work and did not deserve to be mistreated by a staff, especially a manager. I tried to ask for the manager?s name however other staff seemed to be scared to give his name. I?m really disappointed and disheartened as no body deserves to be treated like this. I?m a regular Costa customer. I?m now thinking to avoid going to this specific costa due to today?s terrible customer service.

Watching a child, clearly with a disability being spoken too by members of staff at around 3.30 Sunday 3rd March, was disheartening and disappointing with this day an age of diversity! The tables were revolting and the man member of staff, stuffy looking longish hair needs some form of help with customer service. He was continually asking a family to move up onto a table that was filthy, after someone accidentally dropped a drink. Clearly didn?t want to do any work because he was huffing and puffing at them as they tried to enjoy a sit down! We sat opposite and restrained ourselves from asking the member of staff to be more understanding. Continued to speak like he?d stood on them in the street. Vile staff member needs some training!

I don?t have standard for coffee but I had the worst coffee here. A large cup of water tastes like straight outta dish washer. Avoid at all cost.
