Hi there! Best Costa in London- Liverpool street, bishop?s square. Best coffee made by kindest barista I met! His name is Artiom, and I want to say many thanks to him and to people who work there and know how to make customers feel welcome!

We grabbed a coffee here a few weeks back and hand to point out to the lady serving that the cakes were covered in flies, she huffed at me and said " now I have to throw them away"...as if it were my fault ! She then got rid of them, everyone in the que said they were happy I mentioned it. We sat down to drink our coffee, all tables were full of dirty cups etc and food waste everywhere , we cleaned our own table and carried on. We noticed a food stain and gave it a name..."old red"...for obvious reasons . We went back...believe it or not as we do like the coffee..a few days later and sat at the same table..and there was...yes youve got it.."old red". That was a sign of the hygiene there and needless to say our last visit there. The owners will not care as the area is sooooo busy they will simply carry on the same...shame . On another note...the new coffees are good.

I love this store. I always find the staff to be friendly and willing to help. I get coffee very often but I tried one of their cakes the other day. Goodness me it was tasty (and fresh)!

I love Costa, I prefer it over Starbucks any time. Loved the Cappuccino, I also like the cookies they do. The cafe is not too small, it has some seatings also upstairs amd generally soeaking is quite aesthetically pleasing. Love the position of this in particular too. The workers were really nice too, even though the cafe was pretty busy, so I appreciate it a lot. Really lovely overall!

Staff are a mixed bag. One making the coffee was very rude and didn't even look up to shove the coffee at the collection point. Noticeably rude.

Love Costa. Their coffee is cheaper and bigger than others. Delicious range of sandwiches and sweat treats. My fav is the millionaires shortbread (caramel slice).

the place is nice, the coffe is good, but everytime that i take an espresso coffe there all time i receive a dirty saucer, i don't know what is wrong in your dishwasher but please present better a coffe.
