Flat white perfection! The Costa Coffee at Cannon Street never disappoints. The brew was rich and creamy, exactly what I needed to kickstart my day. A big shoutout to Md Anowar Hossain for his exceptional service ? friendly, efficient, and truly attentive. Highly recommend this spot for your caffeine fix!

Really poor service. Took 10 minutes for them to even start making the coffee after a errro. They are too obsessed with trying to upsell every order. Will never be back.

I am a regular customer of Costa. I have visited several shops, but for me, this particular Costa is the best because of their excellent service and the friendly behavior of the staff. I ordered a coffee and some snacks and received instant service with a warm gesture. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I truly appreciate their prompt service. The environment was attractive. As a customer, I would rate this shop 10/10. I can?t wait to visit again soon.

whilst waiting for the access toilet to be free, the emergency cord was pulled inside sounding the alarm and lighting up the red light above the door. I waited and no employee checked on the toilet. Minutes later, a customer walked out, and i checked inside and silenced the alarm. As I left I told the employee about the alarm, and was told ?thank you for telling me how to do my job? and that she assumed another colleague would check on the toilet and that she had been serving customers. I reminded her that the safety of disabled who have called for help in a vulnerable situation, people should probably come before making someone a cup of coffee?
