No working lavatories, no working WiFi, but they don't tell you until after you have made a purchase. This place should not have been open without a working lavatory and somewhere to wash one's hands. Shameful.

I frequently come here The staff is so arrogant and told me guys we don't have tiramisu and she don?t even know how to make coffee so disappointed please guys make the staff to be polite with the customers??

I come in this costa alot of times, mostly at evening,there was always two girls,one is rutvi and another is anu they both are so friendly and quick at service. They always greets everyone with smile
Today when i go there is another staff they were littlebit rude and coffee was not that good but overall this costa is one of my favorite.. everyone must visit there

I had the opportunity to visit Costa Coffee and I must say, it was a delightful experience. From the moment I entered the store, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive to customer needs.
The environment was clean, cozy, and perfect for both working and relaxing. I ordered a cappuccino along with a chocolate muffin. The coffee was rich and aromatic, prepared just right, and the muffin was soft and delicious ? a perfect combination.
One thing that impressed me the most was the consistency of service and quality. Whether it?s a busy morning or a calm evening, Costa Coffee always maintains high standards.
Overall, Costa Coffee is not just a place to grab a coffee ? it's a place to enjoy a moment of peace, meet friends, or get some work done in a comfortable setting. I would highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates good coffee and a calm, friendly environment.

simple place to grab a drink and pastry. Service as pleasant and basic. Nothing to write home about. Queues moved quickly and the servers always took time to greet everyone. Food options drop the later in the day you go. Be sure to get there early for the best selections. This location was very clean and well maintained.

Could be one of the best Costa cafes in London.
The windows seat view of Tower of London is smashing. I'd bring tourists here next time if we needed a place to sit.
Take the entrance from the main road, not the south side if you want to avoid the steps.
It's right by Tower of London, which was when I first visited London, one of my favourite paid attractions.
Cafes can get pretty busy and some you don't feel like you can stay. This one seemed pretty laid back. I've found when I do go to Costa, staff are generally pretty chilled.
I popped in on a Wednesday evening and it was quiet. I only stayed for about 5 minutes. It was one of those gorgeous blue sky everyone is out enjoying the sunshine moments. There was so much happy positive vibes everywhere and I was so happy to be strolling the London streets soaking it all in.
What I like about Costa is that being a member- it's free, just download the app - you get free cake which you can pick up any time in the week after your birthday.
I love anywhere that treats you for your birthday. More places should be offering these kinds of freebies. It buys a serious amount of goodwill and I am happy to go to a Costa because I think about how lovely it is they give me something like this.
They have a strawberry and lemon cake which I got to take away. It's kind of like a Victoria Sponge.
The counter staff were friendly and so lovely, even though it was the end of probably a very long day.

I recently visited this place and had a very bad experience. My mango drink was good but the staff here is terrible,while ordering I had to specify my preferences as if I?m the one working there ????? so unprofessional and disappointing. Furthermore I took a photo of the counter casually in which one of the staff?s shoulder came in the picture (no face).For which she reacted saying she?s not comfortable coming into the picture so I respected her privacy and deleted the picture right away and said sorry for the discomfort she might have felt but she replied saying that she?s very sensitive about it and I should have asked her before taking the picture first of all I had no intention of taking her picture she came in the photo by mistake and I deleted the pic right away and still trying to understand her situation I didn?t say anything and sat with my friends casually then the same girl came to me and asked if I have deleted the picture which I did cleared it up still I said (yes I did )on to which she said it?s not allowed according to the UK law which was very weird and uncomfortable like are you kidding me I ain?t paying to get disrespected I wasn?t going to mention her name but she made me very uncomfortable and I don?t want this to happen to anyone else so the staff name is Harshita and I wouldn?t suggest anyone to visit this place if the staff?s behaviour is like this ?
