Good Costa Coffee, The staff is competent and friendly.
The cappuccino is very good (I?m Italian).
Very clean ,toilet for disabled people.
Beautiful seats place down stairs.

Overpriced and unclear pricing. No mugs so served us our drinks in disposable cups even though we were very clear that we were having our drinks in the restaurant. They asked if I wanted whipped cream on my hot chocolates and then charged me an extra pound per drink without telling me! Not enough vegan options for food.

Fantastic little spot across from the awful hotel i was in brought a smile to my face when I walked in. Clean and happy atmosphere felt kinda Christmasy like staff are excellent barista really knew what she was doing great care and attention really started my morning off in the right way I was delighted. Quite a large spot and lots of traffic in and out seems like a great spot for locals always a good sign. I never 5 star coffee establishments due to the mark ups on their Coffee but it is a wonderful spot and started Mt mornings the right way brilliant staff

Nice people but I never understand why Costa could charge for that much. I pay £3.85 for a medium latte and they offer no discount. It doesn't taste so special either so I prefer to go to another commercial brand as they offer blue light card discount and I pay £3.21 for the same thing, better ambience there.

Costa is known for their coffees ??. They exactly know what their customers want. I love their coffees and also other chilled beverages and snacks. I went to this branch of Costa near Farringdon station as it was my coffee time, and they made an amazing coffee in a very little time. The staff members here are very respectful towards their customers and quick at serving. With a nice seating area and view, I totally enjoyed my time here.

The service was friendly.
But the shop is disgusting. Piles of rubbish behind the till, floors are gritty, tables not washed. Does explain the large number of flies in the cake case!
This is not a case of "a bad day" as I have seen a steady decline and problems not fixed for about 18 moths!
Also not a customer problem, but how does one access the fire extinguishers above the stairwell, that lead down?
Please have a good scrub. Your friendly service can not undo the hygiene issues :)
