So I order a large Cappuccino to have inside, which I get served with one of those wooden little sticks that would use as a stirrer.
1.How on earth am I supposed to stir the sugar in my extra large cup with that thing ?
2. How am I supposed to eat / drink the cappuccino's foam with info of those things ? I had to ask for a tablespoon, but my question is why didn't they give it me in the first place ?
This is supposed to be a place specialized in coffee, and they are missing such a basic thing ?
Is it a Costa policy of all venues, or just in this one ?
I will never, ever put my feet in one of those places again.

I normally won't write reviews and this is a bit late but I came in just after 8am on the 14th July (monday) and got served by the loveliest guy ever ? I had an interview on that day and was feeling extremely nervous however his kindness really helped me relax. Food was the usual Costa quality and his personality made it better ?

Hi everyone, was there to study for one day the coffee was okay, very expensive food not much the price regarding to the quality of food,NOWHERE to charge even your laptop or phone!!!
I would not recommend anyone to go there ,
When I asked the manager he just smiled and said issue with the whole sockets!! Fix your problems bro

Food selection only have white bread options available. When asked the staff if have brown bread I was stated at like Im talking gibberish. How hard is it to have a slightly healthier option available?
Second visit two ladies abrupt and wouldn?t confirm my order before paying. And then rude to the customer behind us who obviously didn?t know how Costa works. Terrible service!

The cashier and barista are rude to customers and greet yoou with unnecessary attitude. Seem as though they have no interest in serving you. Where disrespectful to customers that didnt understamd where the queue was. The cashier told to barista to make a cappucino when a latte was ordered and when corrected, she didnt tell the barista her mistake.

Lots of baked goods available. The coffee was strong. There were many seats available, great wifi, and sockets for people to work from.
My only complaint is that it closes early at 6.

A small Costa coffee with kind and helpful staff.
This neighborhood has, like many London neighborhoods, a small village feel.
I loved it: simple and warm

Just came for a quick bite and paid too much for what we got but that?s Costa for you. Basic but quick. Horrible toilets.
