I purchased a heated throw earlier this year. Unfortunately it developed a fault. Response was quick once Cosi Home were notified and it has now been replaced under warranty. Most grateful especially as the colder weather is coming and the throw is excellent for keeping warm and cosy.

I received an electric throw from Octopus but unfortunately it did not work so Octopus put me in touch with Cosi Home who were extremely helpful and arranged delivery of a replacement within 5 days. The customer service was excellent.

Fantastic customer service. So quick and easy to deal with, they rectified my issue straight away :) I had my electric blanket for almost a year when it developed a fault, and within a few days of contacting them they have shipped me out a replacement!

Customer service has been outstanding, I tried to order a new cable for the heated throw and they sent me an entirely new throw - cable included! We bought the original a couple of years ago and this new one seems a little thinner but still super happy with it.
