Minimalist Style. Good quality & ethical source. More suitable for tall person but you can find some style for small body. Regent Street store has more stocks?????

They don't even have a chair so that the person accompanying them can sit. Not in this or any COS.It seems like they want people to leave.

This is one of my go-to when I need to visit COS stores. It?s usually a lot quieter. The staff is also very friendly and attentive, and the area is lovely.

Feels like an outlet store, not a flagship. Go to the COS in Coaldrop Yards instead

Elegant shopping but with on trend unusual pieces too. Style for the smart elegant look like Massimo Dutti, Reiss etc. Quiet luxury look, without the huge price tags of Loro... etc. Give it a try, mix with some high end and keep your look interesting.

Pretty good shopping experience as per usual. The staff are always polite and helpful considering the behaviour of some of the customers I?ve witnessed them having to deal with. I would have liked to have seen more men?s white shirts. But that?s my only gripe. Otherwise it?s a great go to for any fancy do.

I don't know why the saleswoman standing in the fitting room dressed in all black had to ruin a customer's shopping experience by rolling her eyes.

The clothes are all dry cleaning so one slaves handwashing the items. Most of London earns just about to pay mortgage and living expenses so COS is seen as a treat. Make every item more functional and cheaper to maintain. The cloth for that price should be much better quality. All the coats made of wool shrink and when dry cleaned looked much worse. Avoid any cloth that attracts dust and ends up with wool balls when used. The biggest market is not young but 40-60 in London so offer designs that hide and flatter.

Such a fantastic experience! The friendliest staff and a personalised embroidery on a newly bought scarf. Love it.
