Very clean block of flats in a great location. However parking is very limited and the close proximity to the train lines can be quite noisy.

A friend used to live there. It's near a station on some not easily accessible Overground line. The block backs onto railway and is at the junction of busy bus routes, so it maybe noisy even at night.
