The Tuna Tartare and Veal Carpaccio were fresh and full of flavour, and the Salt Marsh Lamb Loin paired perfectly with the Heartland “Stickleback” Red — smooth, elegant, and memorable. Warm service, refined atmosphere, and dishes that truly impress. Highly recommended.
