Great service. We're fans of Cook. Not cheapest, but then it is made in a kitchen and not a chemical factory. Excellent meal including Salmon Wellington. Wrong size pots sent and credited instantly. Good people.

Unexciting, uninspiring shop selling high end frozen ready meals. The staff on my visit were very courteous and helpful but the corporate image is oh, so drab!And yes, I can hear people shouting that it's the food one is buying and not the décor, but I disagree. These guys are charging near restaurant prices for a luxury product. For me, a lack of attention to detail in the environment in which I shop infers a similar lack of attention to detail in the entire process of creating the final product. If I want uninspiring, unexciting ready meals, Marks and Spencer have an extensive range at less expensive prices.

Yet again one particular member of staff here is dreadful to deal with. She is rude, stands on her phone behind the till and doesn't deal with customers in any way that exhibits the decent hospitality found elsewhere in shops on Musswell Hill.I really don't understand how this person works in retail, as clearly she doesn't enjoy it.
