Could not have been a more wonderful team. Visited to get some of my favourite cook recipes - it was particularly hot today and both employees on duty were so lovely and warm towards my Labrador puppy Nala, giving us both lots of treats and water whilst we waited for our taxi home. So welcoming xx

If I didn't have Cook meals in my freezer I don't know what I'd do as a busy mum! The food is healthy, the selection is huge and the service in Barnes is always friendly and outstanding. Big call out specifically to Antoinette, Luke and Lulu who are customer service gurus

Lovely space with a wide variety of options, whether you're vegetarian, pescatarian, or vegan. The staff are super friendly and usually offer a taster, which is a nice touch. The branding and presentation of the food are wonderful, but I haven?t been impressed by the flavors yet. It could be because I often choose pescatarian or vegetarian items without cheese, but they tend to lack flavor, which is disappointing given the price. For frozen meals, I think Marks and Spencer offers better value for money.

Waited ages for our food even though it was two thirds empty and the 6 other people who?d arrived after us got served before us - I chose marmite chicken which I?ve had before - awful very small and dried out amount of chicken too much rice and my sister had the salmon which wasn?t much better! We ordered coffee it was undrinkable! So sad as we?ve been there a lot but it?s gone downhill for sure

Really great service from Oka tonight there was a mix -up with our order. Efficiently sorted out and new order delivered even though we live outside their regular delivery area. Very impressed. Thank you

About my lunch today, I ordered ?chicken panko teriyaki? but what I received was disappointing, they served half-kilo of rice, a small piece of broccoli and just a pinch of pickles. The chicken had an odd texture and an overpowering garlic taste. I?m dissatisfied with today?s dish.

This was our second visit to Oka, this time with friends, and our daughter. We loved it. The sushi is phenomenal and went down a treat. My daughter loves the teriyaki chicken, I could eat the bang bang cauliflower every day, and the salmon was great. We lived it so much we're bringing my mother here for her birthday treat (her 2nd visit). I can't wait.

I've been to Oka many times over the years but hadn't visited for a while. We popped in on Wednesday evening where we were accommodated inside without a reservation. The food and drinks were as delicious as ever and our server, Flora was super friendly and helpful. We will return!

The food was spectacular - excellent presentation and flavors. Patricia, our waitress was genuinely happy to see us. She was charismatic about her dish recommendations. We loved everything OKA.
