Highly recommended. My made to measure black out curtains had no care instructions. Connisseours went over and above even coming out to Essex to collect and return curtains. They look like new and the whole experience was stress free.

Been trying to find a reliable dry cleaning service and honestly I am so glad I found this place!My boyfriend?s puffer jacket was all muddy and we thought that we could not remove the mud stains anymore but they managed to remove all the stains from the jacket and now it looks like we just got a brand new one!They also folded my clothes so neatly when I went to collect the. I am so so impressed.Thank you so much and we will be using your service again!

I cannot recommend this place enough! I took my wedding dress covered in red wine (and a lot of it) to multiple dry cleaners and was told they wouldn?t work on it and that no one could get the stains out, I randomly found this place on a Google search and thank god I did!! Trevor was just so lovely and helpful and provided such a great service from start to finish, but more amazingly he managed to get the stains out of my dress!! I just cannot believe it and am so grateful, so thank you so much :) I wish I got more ?before? photos as there was even more red wine on the dress than what is shown!

Cant praise this company enough and in particular Trevor. I had a Gucci cloth/leather bag which i thought would have to go in the bin. Extremely badly marked from me trying to clean it myself and brown marks from leather running into material .Last ditch attempt to save the bag , so sent it down from Scotland to Connoisseur. Trevor phoned me and said was concerned at the mess of the bag , but i gave him the green light to do what he could as the bag was going to have to be binned . He went above and beyond and cleaned the bag 6 times using different processes. I received the bag back today and i am absolutely delighted with the results. It is now usable again . Cannot recommend this company and Trevor enough.

Great service. Connoisseur cleaned my expensive shoes beautifully after they got trashed in the rain and mud following a big rain shower at my birthday party. They are now as good as new again. Amazing after searching for a reliable place for so long and being hesitant to trust somewhere with my designer bag this place is great. My louis Vuitton bag absolutely stunk of vomit due to spilling something so I got it dry cleaned, I can finally use it again! Absolutely appalling service. I took my trainers to be cleaned as they advertised on their website and in store however upon return they were not clean at all. My trainers were clean before I even took them in, I just wanted them to touch up any cracks and scuffs. They are less than a year old and barely worn and well maintained. The sole of the shoes were as if they had not even bothered to touch it, there were still some stones in it. My best advice for all is to not take any of their stuff there, very poor service.

Got my Burberry trench coat professionally cleaned and returned to me via the post by Connoisseurs. Cannot thank the team enough, my initial free packaging to send to them took 5 days to arrive and the team were very helpful with all my queries and concerns. They informed me throughout the process from start to finish and completed the cleaning (which was immaculate) earlier than anticipated. Travelled 1 hour to use Connoisseurs as I?d been impressed by all the reviews. I have a crinkle Stone Island puffer coat and though, the down was kept in good condition and the colour was protected, the marks that I?d pointed out didn?t come out which I noticed on collection. They cleaned it again for me but again on collection I noticed marks were left on the arms, before I could even ask if I was able to pay for another clean I was told firmly that they would not clean it again. I was really hoping to have found a good dry cleaners for my down coats but I will not go back and I would absolutely not recommend!Service: Dry cleaning

Connoisseur Dry Cleaners did a brilliant job of cleaning and re-waxing a vintage Callaghans jacket with eco-friendly products. Super-friendly and efficient to deal with, they did everything they promised on their website. The jacket is completely restored and good for another 50 years! Thank you!
