Went to 1st Contact trying to save money after getting the first in a course of a couple of jabs. By the time they'd replied with a ridiculously unhelpful response they'd made me waste money missing the course, and I had to restart. Absolutely shocking service- horrific automated phoneline they keep reccomending you to even when you are speaking to an actual person. If you contact Johnathan, get him to refer you straight away or he'll just waste your time. AVOID AT ALL COST its not worth it just go to your gp.

Their webpage looks quite ... scammy? Like a site based in Asia trying to sell you unreasonably discounted travel packages or something else too good to be true. Not only did the the graphics and blinking banners send my scam-spidey sensors a-tingling, additionally, this company claims to provide a billion different services from law/immigration advise, visa processing, finance and tax help, shipping, money exchange... HOW can one legit compant do all of these things?! This must be a scam, right? Nein. Nope. Niet. Iie. It actually does all of those things. But this review is just for the travel clinic. It is conveniently located right near Tottenham Cout Tube in Castlewood House. I was able to get an appointment same day, and the receptionist taking my booking was really friendly. £25 for my Typhoid Fever Jab, the best price I found on the web. Plus, they do not charge for consulation or the appointment. I went in for a £25 jab, and all I paid was £25. The nurse (?) who gave me my vaccination was a really nice Kiwi girl and I felt the whole service was professional and clean. I'd very highly recommend visiting this travel clinic for all your travel/medical needs (they also sell mosquito nets, spray, and a variety of other health-related travel products), in spite of my misgivings based on their web presence. Make sure to get all your vaccinations at least two week proir to exposure, and bon voyage!

Not impressed. Very inefficent for a private clinic. Appointments all running late. Been 3 times and each time had to wait longer and longer. The last time had to wait for 40 minutes. Some staff are very rude and unhelpful.

All appointments run late, been there 3 times and had to wait each time. Last time I went I had to wait for 40 minutes. A couple of staff are nice and helpful, the rest shouldn't be working with people. Won't be going there again.
