This coop is so disgusting. It always stinks, the fridges are always empty and if you order through a delivery app they always send out of date food. This has happened on multiple occasions. I refuse to buy from them again.

I used to love this Co-op, but lately, they always run out of certain beers, and it?s as if they fill the fridges with stock that nobody seems to buy. Also, why do they keep changing where certain foods are stocked. Its so annoying?I generally use the self service tills, as I assumed it would be quicker, but when the red light comes on, you have to wait for whoever is serving on the regular tills, to finish serving the queuing customers, before they come round to verify the problem..
Miserable staff ( what staff there is) and very poor service.

Worse than useless service, incorrect labels, + mice!
There was an error with the shelf label/check out price, I asked for help from the staff and first she claimed I hadn't scanned my card despite it saying clearly on the till, then that it was the correct discount based on some bad mental maths despite it obviously not showing any discount, she asked me to scan it all again and in the process dropped my bread on the floor, then when it didn't work again and I had to wait for her to come again she just removed the help red light and walked away and then told me the discount had expired despite the label saying otherwise and walked off again without removing the product but I didn't want it without the discount. Also I saw a mouse running underneath the bread aisle.

I got a very bad phone call from a friend saying the customer service staff was racially abusing
My friend and she?s didn?t have a badge?
Name as alll workers should do and when my friend when to ask the other work there they was not tryan give her name is not fair some to just get away from this type of things I need to stop
And assuming that my friend did not pay for the items, so she just came to him tied in with your receipt and evidence of reason

I was followed by staff members as I shopped who then followed me right up to the cash register. I don't know whether it was meant to be reverse racism, but it was incredibly embarrassing as I moved around and a new one appeared. I actually felt violated and will seek security footage for further legal action.

Don?t order food from here for delivery! The staff never check the expiry dates and it?s been multiple times where they have sent expired products for delivery. Absolutely unacceptable, we pay for the products and it?s unjust that they nearly always send expired products. The staff workers should always send products that aren?t expired. Extremely inconvenient. (The photo attached is expired by a day, it is the 25th at the time of this review.)

Staff very rude
They chased you around shop constantly for no reason keeping following you stopping in front of you I just wanted to buy some food but this has not been nice.
I will never come in this shop anymore.
Teach your staff how to behave.
