Open 24h don't even go there management is rude and accuse you of stealing without proof please please Boycott this store. When I asked the guy to give me his name he refused unacceptable and incompetent. If you are a manager assume your mistake and give your name when asked. I been working in retail for over 20 years it's one of the first times I see a so incompetent manager

I visited on New Year?s Eva? store looks very busy.I was very impressed by staff and security. Staff managed still very good.Store looks very clean and tidy.Highly recommended for friend and colleague.

This is a pretty decent supermarket that is always well stocked. The automated checkouts do not work well but staff is trying to help.

Today morning at 7:40 am staff at the till sounds really rude please train your staff on how to provide customer service and how to put smile on your face and greet customers.

I find this place quite helpful especially when you finish work late night and need to grab some snacks or a drink. Because it's open 24/7. But the prices are a bit higher than other retailers.

Haven't been to the shop but walked past it last night (25.10.23) at 22.30 and saw how worker possibly security guy propper pushed an older man to the corner and been shouting at him lying on the floor curled up, was terified if he kicked him. Looked very unhumanic and scary even if it was himeless person

I come here twice every weekday for breakfast and lunch.If the auto-checkout says please wait for assistance, dont wait. Its not coming. Move to another till.Its more likely 3 staff are all busy stocking the same shelf, ensuring noone else can move through that area aisle. And lord help you if you ask ?excuse me?.However they have co-op food.So get in, look out for yourself, and get out.

This is the best grocery store in the strand. I use it for top up shops but to collect parcels from Vinted/Evri. Hardik is very friendly and a credit to the co-op.

First of all this place hires the wrong people as security. A lanky 5?6 security guard stopped me from leaving the store just to say ?China? at my face I confronted him it?s offensive and he cannot use his power to stop me from leaving the store after buying my stuff. I told him he cannot assume stuff like that and that I would like to complain but no manager was in site??? Horrible customer service with disgusting behaviour stopping customers and call me ?China? in a joking mocking voice???? It?s 2023 fix ur employee and have managers in store or hire the right people.
