I was refused by Nasir for Cash-out Voucher from Paypoint at 20:41pm on 09-02-2024. He said we stopped doing cash out voucher but I did get it last week from here. Can someone clarify if it?s officially stopped or not as I get it last week from the same CO-OP by other staff member.

Have recently moved to Manor House and live just down the road from this shop. In the space of 2 months, I've visited on 4 different occasions where it is shut at 8pm (rather than the stated 11pm), despite colleagues being inside. Can understand if this happened in a small corner store, but not here. Will be reporting and avoiding in future - much better smaller stores less than 30 seconds away

I have just had to run around the shop to get someone to serve me and when I finally found someone , I have realised I was over charged a pound over for a milkshake this morning. I understand now that that's why they never give me a receipt. That is stealing and a crime but if I was to walk in there and get my money back, that would be the crime . Something needs to be done about this

This shop needs to be shut down immediately!! employees are useless. There is always a problem. the products are insufficient, I can't find anything I'm looking for. today, all of the self checkout were broken. After waiting 15 minutes in cue, when I came to the cashier to pay for what I bought, the cashier said there was no contactless payment. I left everything and left like other clients. We need a smart manager here.

Went in this morning and only one person on who was doing something at the self service tills. I asked where I could pay cash for my single item. She advised at the tills and she will be there soon. After waiting a couple of minutes she came over and took my cash and I purchased my item. I have used this store a couple of times and it is poorly staffed most times. Not great for an ethical establishment. Plus why no cash tills at self service? If you are not going to have people on the tills then make cash tills available. Luckily there is a Sainsbury's not too far . Way of the times I suppose.

honestly, it smells really bad here. im not trying to be rude but i think the employees need to shower. it smells in the air and thats not normal. im not even walking past the employees and it smells. im buying my food from this place and it stinks like sweat and bad odor. honestly really off putting and makes me wanna throw up when i walk in

I live two minutes away and its the only store i feel safe in, however every time without fail i get followed by security , even though i buy something from there almost every day, i always am polite and thank the staff, ask them how they are even. But it keeps happening, even today i was out of sight of security for just a second and i saw him running over to me to make sure im still there.. its the only shop i feel safe in that close by so i have no choice you go here, yet i feel like because i look a certain way security just really dont trust me... It upsets me quiet a lot im an adult... Very disappointing that y'all won't stop a white person but because I'm black I'm followed

I work nearby, 4 times now I've seen the place being robbed and staff threatened.Skeleton staff make it an easy target, needs more security. I feel sorry for the staff.Sort it out.
