Everyday Saturday and Sunday (today) the staff lock the entrance for the first hour / hour and a half and hide in the back. There was a small today (645-0730) but the staff were somewhere in the back. I walked past again at 08:04 (time of writing this) and coop was still not open. It is a known theme with this coop amongst locals.

Sort the layout out for god?s sake. I don?t want to wander round like lemon finding things that should obviously be together. I?m so annoyed I?m leaving a review for a CO-OP! SMH

Constantly the worst service. It?s been 2 years living near by and they?ve never had enough staff on the tills and 95% of the staff are so rude. They never apologise for ridiculously long wait times, they barely respond when you speak to them and try and be friendly. One time I politely told a man on the tills that there was an open scalpel left within children?s reach and he didn?t even acknowledge what I?d said, just walked away to get it and then carried on serving me without a word?? Not even a smile or a thanks or an apology or anything- I was just trying to help them out couldn?t recommend this coop less, genuinely needs new management or to close down. Always leave feeling invisible and like a burden. (Just to add, it?s almost always empty so staff don?t seem stressed running around the shop, they just seem rude).

ABSOLUTE DISGRACEFUL SERVICE..I went to collect my amazon parcels .I have used this store before as its convenient. Was told by a person named Talsmen acting as a manager apparently . He informed me I could not collect tonight as amazon was down .After a few suggestions from me that I could help him look for them as I'm going away and last collection is Sunday He became very verbal on exchange I expressed my disappointment and said I did not rate his management skills to which he informed me HES not manager and dies not want to be which I replied well we both agree on something then because you would never be a manager with your attitude...I ask for his name he told me to shut up ad he was noserving .I said you was actually serving me and I would like to make a suggestion with the amazon He showed me his hand held scanner to which I asked him to swith it off and back on to reboot it ad amazon is working while I was checking in the shop ..GUESS WHAT PING its on He stormed off and went and got my packages then talked about me to the young girl on the till.which I asked him to refrain from doing ......would I shop here again NO ....as I would as a rule shop while collecting parcels Bye bye Co. op........... I would advise that the coop invest in training staff people skills is a good place to start

Don't believe it shuts at 11, it's usually shut by 10. Depending on how they're feeling they wont let you in at 9:50 to drop off a parcel. Oh well i'm sure the evri machine was broken anyway, as per usual.

While I was waiting to be served the guy behind the counter was really rude to the woman he was serving. She complained to the boss who didn't want to know, and certainly didn't say anything even resembling an apology.All seems quite shambolic in there.

They often sell food that is out of date so I have to double check that the expiry date for everything I buy which is very annoying.Also their Evri parcelshop machine never works. Completely useless

Tried to use my totem card as a student I get 10% off at co op stores but the assistant at the check out desk looked like he'd never see one before. Asked me what it was for, I explained and said i had used it in store previously. The assistant then asked me "how did it work last time" as if I was doing his job for him? After standing there for a few minutes he said it was ready to pay and he charged me full price. Disgusting behaviour in a cost of living crisis. I won't be coming back to this co op shop again.

The hours displayed is incorrect.. it says it closes at 23:00 but when we got there it already closed and we weren?t able to collect our parcel W/c was supposed to be a gift for Christmas :(

It?s convenient to get a snack and drink here. The staff are ok. It always has one to one in person service because there is no self checkout tills!

This I our local co op and basically corner shop so we often visit two or more times a day. Recently there have been a lot of staff changes but definitely not for the better. Apart from the young guy who never speaks and throws carrier bags at you, the new lady has no customer skills. Ran in late this evening to grab few essentials. We were shouted at 3 times in a row to come to the till as were closing. So rude and absolutely no understanding that you cannot speak to a customer in that way. Terrible

I had a package delivered here. When I went to collect it their machine wasn?t working so I was asked to come the next day. No problem with that. I called the day after in the late afternoon to make sure the machine was working so I could collect my package?no one answered the phone. It was a rainy day outside and I?d have liked to ask a simple question so I didn?t have to walk under the rain for nothing. Why is no one picking up the phone at this co op ?

Very nice staffs! My husband was not feeling well but the staffs helped him a lot and wait till me come (after their close!). So grateful for their help, really nice guy!! Thank you so much.
