  I took a prescription to Hillcrest at 10-10.15 on a Friday. They told me to return on Saturday to collect it after 10. On Saturday I arrived around 11.30 to collect it only to find that they had no record of it. They find the orders then said there would be a delay of 2 hours while they sought the items from other chemists. This was very unwelcome news as I had lunch plans then would travel for several months. Finally after more than an hour they were able to provide part of the order. I had to cancel my lunch plans to await the result of whether they could locate the items. The WORST for me was that I had to ASK FOR AN APOLOGY. It was begrudginly provided. Astounding!

  This is one of the best pharmacies in the area, stocking everything from medical supplies to organic beauty products and vitamins. It is conveniently located on Holland Park Avenue and actually makes pleasant shopping. The shop is large and well laid out, staff are very friendly.
