Amazing food and service!!! So many teas to choose from, food was so good, especially the desserts prob the best i've had for afternoon teas. Service was attentive and they kept apologizing for making us wait for our table, offered us free drinks at the bar and discount at the end. Truly a five star experience!!

Among the live music and elegant atmosphere provided by Claridge's, they combine that with a fantastic selection of teas that are hard to find. We quite possibly had the best jasmine tea we've ever had. (The jasmine silver tip is something we immediately needed to have in our cabinet) In addition, their claridge's blend and some of their most rare teas were fantastic as well. The subtlety in the flavor as well as the variety in the selections was the perfect cap to a night out in London. Be sure to book in advance as we saw a number of individuals causing a scene at the entrance as they were turned away.

Review is for breakfast. Everything was fine (nothing special) but chrissa at the front was incredibly rude to everyone that walked in. She also had a bad cold and didn't seem to think she should avoid rubbing her nose in front of guests. It's Claridges so obviously the ambiance is great. Food is Mediocre but does anyone really eat there for the food?

Been there yesterday for afternoon tea. Absolutely perfect. The best afternoon tea in London and probably in the whole world. Waitress Angela is superb: extremely multitask, efficient, and entertaining! ??????

My friend recommended this to me as he had taken his mum there for a special occasion and they l loved it. I took my mum there as well for her birthday and i had no idea it was basically an unlimited afternoon tea session for 2 hours. It's a very large and airy space in the hotel with lovely live music playing throughout. Everyone very helpful and attentive. Loved every detail and recommendation they had for us. Definitely want to go again!

Came here for afternoon tea. Lots of traditional decorations and very grand. Definitely come hungry as the you are able the requests seconds of any food. The sandwiches were so yummy and the perfect bites -- my favorite was the salmon. I also loved the scones with the jam and cream. By the time the desserts came along I was already stuffed. The teas were also good. Also appreciated there was live music. Service was attentive and ambience was very nice. The bathrooms were also very fancy with staff in there to turn on the faucet for you.

I had the most lovely experience at Claridge's this past Tuesday. I have had many afternoon tea experiences both abroad and at home. However the experience I had at Claridge's truly set it apart from any other afternoon tea I have enjoyed. From the moment I arrived, staff was already accommodating and pleasant. I was early for my reserved time and staff did not hesitate to squeeze me in earlier so I wouldn't have to sit around to wait. The menu was curated well and it was clear that alot of care was placed into developing each savory or sweet bite. However truly what sets apart this experience from other afternoon tea experiences I've had is the warm and down to earth nature of our servers who were attentive to our needs, constantly checking in with us on our experience. Not once were they pushy for us to add on paid extras to our experience or to rush us through our meal - they repeatedly encouraged us to spend more time and offered refills to our sandwiches and scones. Even beyond our afternoon tea experience, the various ancillary staff in the hotel were helpful and attentive. Overall a great experience and I will definitely be back again the next time I am in London.

The service was perfect. Their staff regularly checked up on us and offered to refill our teas and food (which are unlimited). The sandwiches were basic and pastries were well crafted. However, it was not my cup of tea. If you're on holiday/vacation and are considering booking afternoon tea, skip it. It was not worth the £100/person. Very plain food and pastries. You're only paying for the outdated and vintage experience. My least favorite food and dining experience during my stop in London. There are less expensive options for afternoon tea in London.

My absolute new favorite hotel! This is the epitome of luxury and classic British royalty. I've stayed at other hotels in London, more modern, but this was a much more amazing experience. The whole vibe of the hotel makes you feel like you are in London. The staff truly provide white glove service. There are adorable elevators on the property. The rooms are classic and luxurious. The English breakfast they serve is also amazing. My daughter fell in love with tea on this trip. We had such an amazing experience at claridges and can't wait to come back.

Simply the best in London on every visit! Beautiful flowers in the middle of the dining room and staff have been there for years giving great service! We had thought about tying the new Peninsula but friends said they wished they had stayed at Claridge's. Our granddaughter wants to live on the top floor there. Highly recommended this hotel.

My family and I came for afternoon tea and had a wonderful experience. Robert took such great care of us. The attention to detail, the generosity of service and food was outstanding and matched the price point. It was truly a unique experience that we will never regret. Highly recommend afternoon tea at Claridge Hotel.

Customer treatment. My wife, three daughters, son-in-law and I arrived at 5:10 for a 5:30 reservation at their restaurant. Security came over and asked what we were doing there at 5:20. None of us was dressed like a homeless person. Not one of us was loud or inappropriate. When we said we were waiting for our dinner reservation, she actually went in to check if we were in fact on the list! This place is a pompous racist dump, and should be avoided at all costs.
