Booked an MOT on phone, as the online booking system was faulty for the past week. Told to come in at 10am for a 11am. Arrived at 0945. Work was eventually completed at 12.15 after sitting in the waiting room and chasing for an update on progress. Wasted 2.5hrs for a task that should (according to the staff) take 45 minutes. Nothing gets done here in a timely manner until customers start nagging.

I don?t know how they got 4 stars this garage but from me my no stars at all .never picked up the phone never called back . Warranty work never called back i have to use different Volkswagen dealerships

My car was due a service and I made arrangements with VW colindale. I left notes on the system to advice that the brakes need to be checked out as there is a squeezing noise and the windscreen wipers need changing. I emphasised on this point to the service agent when I dropped the car off.Neither of the above were checked/replaced. The service agents did not seem to care about me as a customer and as a result I will not be using this service centre again and I would recommend customers to avoid it.I will be contacting the vw head office to make them aware of this.

I am writing about the service I received when I came to Citygate in Hendon on the 8th of March to break of my locking wheel nut and get a new one installed.The moment I arrived there, I was greeted politely, the staff, in particular Sammy, was extremely helpful and assisted us throughout the day. He personally will be the reason why I come back to Citygate Hendon as I?ve never received service like this in my life and I?m so thankful to have come across him that day, as not only did our issue get resolved quickly, we were regularly updated by Sammy, so I was able to use my time efficiently, but he also helped to identify other issues within the car and recommended specific tyres to get due to his prior knowledge of working at a tyre shop before. Having somebody as knowledgeable and friendly as him made my experience with Citygate amazing and I look forward to coming back if I ever encounter any issues.

I?ve been visiting here since purchasing my commercial van mid-2021! I?ve unfortunately had to visit many times but don?t blame the garage for this! I?ve had numerous technical issues and thankfully recently they seem to have been rectified! Thanks to Amir and his team who have all treated me with great care!

They are untidy, didn't check things b4 letting out I have not see garage like that when you bought vehicle from dealer you drove with assurance that everything properly check and ok by senior staff that take responsibility.
