Used this company for many years. My credit account never adds up correctly. the unpaid invoices never add up to the total shown on screen. I have repeatedly reported this via emails with no reply. My local branch have repeatedly reported it and promised a phone call back for weeks. And NOTHING! Absolute joke to a loyal customer.

Purchased various solar products from here. 500w solar panels and all the associated mounting rails and roof brackets. Also purchased the cable and MC4 connectors. To create a second solar array on the rear roof of my house to supplement the original array in order to maximise the input and thus the ouptut capability of my existing inverter.

New toilet seat. I can honestly say the customer service was excellent 5 star. The gentleman who served me was patient, helpful and friendly and guided me through what I needed to know inorder to make the correct purchase. Highly recommended . Thankyou again

The worst city plumbing in Essex . They all sit behind the counter laughing and joking whilst you wait there to be served. They ignore you when you walk in. I?ve worked in retail for 20 years and the service they offer is terrible.

Been dealing with a lovely lady called Jane at the Harold Hill branch who has been super efficient and friendly. We've had to change our quote a couple of times but Jane has been super helpful. The Iflo range is a good cost effective range for those on a budget but comes with guarantees. We have purchased this range before and its been fine.
