Terrible people cocked up the order twice left us without a fridge because they took our old one for nearly 2 weeks before the new fridge was delivered from another quality retailer. They said they would refund the same day but 5 days later and still no refund... Stay away from these criminals.

Harris Electrical may have been in business for 80 years but they have no customer service. They damaged my floor when installing a dishwasher and the manager refuses even the courtesy of returning my calls. I thought it would be good to support local company. I was wrong. Next time go to John Lewis and get a trusted service.
