Excellent ice-cream sizes, nice deals, lovely staff, great screens. The food is expensive but with big portions.

Okay cool so? I know we?re watching a movie and I get that we have to keep quiet sometimes but I?m a human being if I am speaking with my family or friend I can speak freely. One staff member was just constantly coming up to me saying no talking or she would peep behind the staircase and constantly check if I?m talking or on my phone. There?s other people at the cinema on there phones and talking but I?m the problem.Like have some respect for yourself please, you?re really coming to bother me because I?m talking to my friend. Yes I will put out a review I?ll be immature about it cause who do you think you are to come to seat J(13) and (12) to tell me that I can?t speak. I?m a big woman and your telling me to stop talking like I?m some child get a grip. Please do better

I am a wheelchair user. When we got to the O2 the lift was broken to get to the cinema. We called the given number on the sign and they were quick to respond. They came down and took us another way.Enjoyed watching Dune! Amazing customer service!!!!

I think this is the best cinema in south east London, maybe all of London. Just £5.99 all day on Monday for a adult ticket. Great promo running where an adult accompanying a kid can get child rates. 16 screens, ample leg room, clean toilets, plush surroundings. The whole place is excellent. Only quibble was that it got a bit chilly in the cinema but I had a coat so it was ok.

I enjoy O2 Cineworld, especially for its screenings of Bollywood movies, and the comfortable seating adds to the experience. You can consider opting for the unlimited membership, given that individual tickets often exceed £12, while the membership costs around £20 per month. It's a worthwhile choice even if you watch just two movies monthly

Nice cinema, the experience 4dx well deserved the movement of the chairs, blowing of the air,the dropping water ,all made it so funny as it was my first time enjoying this type of experience, definitely recommend to the future costumers, one thing i would like to be changed is about costumers to change their habit at the end of the movie to take the packages or bottles of what they consumed and drop in the bags provided by the cleaners,to avoid waiting times betwen movies,as we were told to wait as the room was not clear.

Paid for Fighter movie but could not reach due to road closure. Ultimately ended up driving for 3hours to reach back home. O2 is horrible to reach out

One of the better cinema in the Cineworld chain, went to watch the Mario movie on the super screen however, was very disappointed in the quality as, the sound was good but the screen looks like it has never been cleaned and can see static dirt on the screen, and there seem to be something wrong with the projector light source, felt like a poor quality projection, obviously it's their flagship screen so likely a technical issue.Recently watched migration on their flagship 4DX experience, although the sound was good, there were a few calibration issues that ruined the experience, first and foremost, the sound to seat feedback wasn't calibrated correctly, like a badly calibrated rhythm game, the sound came first and the vibration feedback was delayed. Also compared to other real 3D Cineworld screens, this particular 4DX 3D screen was still blurry and not crispy sharp, I understand there is a limit with the cheaper passive 3D glasses compared to active but this was clearly a calibration issue. I talk from experience as a cinema technician of 10 years.Won't be booking the super screen again for sure and hope they sort out the 4DX, I travelled to this particular cinema as not many Cineworld branch has 4Dx only to receive an abysmal experience. £21 per ticket+ £1.35 for the 3D glasses, surely that makes it worth maintaining.

I went to cineworld and did the vip experience. It came with a "buffet" the food was pretty basic ,very little selection. The only reason this is 4/5 is because the seats were comfy and with the vip experience you are allowed as much hotdogs ,nachos, drinks and popcorn as you want ,throughout the movie.

Irritated and resentful I have to pay extra however nominal an amount because of some grouping rating system. And enhancing a resentment toward your organisation regarding cinema programming/scheduling. Ilford is my local and I could cheerfully terminate the person/responsible for my not being able to view a film like The Beekeeper (2024) because of the over-saturation of Bollywood films despite the locale. Ignoring a film on general release. SO WRONG making me travel to another Cineworld cinema. It's Jason Statham for Christ's sake and we're not in Mumbai! There are 11 screens here!
