Dead quiet place(Ive seen more action at a funeral) with poor facilities/kitchen a labyrinth like layout and archaic mangement style that doesn't advocate dress down Fridays?! Most people dont even know about this Bank's existence needs to work on marketing its name. Non-diverse white Caucasian dinosaurs running the function in London need to step aside and make room for the youngsters. The place doesnt even have a canteen.

The worst customer service of all banks I know. You don't exist when you use this bank. Hard to access hard to communicate. The line is always busy waiting time is around 20 min, when you send messages, they reply with a auto response that has nothing to do with your question. When you get connected, the operator hangs off the phone when he/she cannot hear you for 10 seconds. Especially when you are out of the country, it's almost impossible to get in touch with them. I am seriously considering cancel my CIBC bank accounts.
